Ulasan Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport

Close to Haneda Airport and provide free shuttle bus to the airport. Not many shops around but we found a great restaurant TEPPANYAKI&YAKINIKU nearby. The hotel is quite new so facilities are in good condition. Only thing annoys me is sound proofing not very good.

Convenient stay near Haneda airport. Clean and comfortable.

We staying there cause we have a morning connecting flight to Sapporo, we find that the hotel is modern and clean, spacious as well and close to the JR station which is very convenient for those person like us need to catch early morning flight over HND, also they have free shuttle to HND everyday makes our lifes much easier, will definitely come back if I have morning flight over HND !

Room is nicely renovated, housekeeping was good. Has a shuttle that runs frequently to the airport. Definitely worth staying if i visit tokyo again

Wonderful hotel. Easy to get around. Not far from the metro at all only 5 mins walk! Delicious and variety breakfast 10/10

Superior room was kind of small for 2A2C. One of us have to sleep on sofa. We should have booked a bigger room. Room was very clean and came with all we requried. Hotel overall was very good. Location was at Otorri Station which we need to figure out how to take train as it is our first time in Japan. Have family mart, 7-11 convenience stores nearby but not a shopping district. Not much food to eat nearby. Shuttle bus service available at certain time to haneda airport T1, T2, T3 for free.

Stayed with my two kids for 2 nights. The room is very clean and modern. Great housekeeping and nice amenities. The hotel also provides free airport bus to Haneda. Location is good. Plenty of food choices outside the hotel. Surely will be back again.

We didn’t have a great experience at all. We arrived to a dirty room and the manager did sent staff to re-do the cleaning after I showed pics of hair in the cup and on the bed. The hotel is close to a train station but the train line is the worst in Tokyo, it’s so far from everywhere and had to change at the busiest interchange station which was stressful especially at rush hour. No laundry facilities unlike majority of hotels within this price range. There’s shuttle bus to the airport which was handy but stopped at midday so if your flight is at night, still need to pay train or cab fare. The hotel is beautiful.

I stayed here right after landing in Haneda. The instructions from the hotel website to get to the shuttle bus pick up point was clear and it was located right next to a Toyota Rent-a-car which we booked our car from. Room was clean, breakfast was sufficient with both Western and Japanese options. Would stay again.
