This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it. The design is absolutely beautiful, the room is comfortable and has a lot of well thought things in it that make the stay absolutely beautiful. The best part of this hotel is the amazing staff who helped me in all of my days, from booking a ticket to a party and even with customer service on a specific app. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends to come to this hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located, close to metro station and shops.  Breakfast was adequate, first day  we asked for cheese as there was none provided and they kindly brought us some. There was a free laundry room for guests. Reception Staff spoke good English, very pleasant and helpful. They always tried their best to accommodate our needs.  We found some cobweb on top of a curtain rail in one of the rooms, but the rest of the living space in the room was clean.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully designed with modern, stylish decor—everything felt fresh and high-quality. Loved the Red! It felt like stepping into a modern version day Great Gatsby era hotel. The design is impeccable. Very Instagrammable if that’s what you’re into. Room was clean. I’m a stickler for mold and didn’t see any issues. Breakfast was great with loads of choices for all diet types and preferences. Only complaint is that the bed was too soft but that seems to be the case with pretty much every hotel so maybe that’s more of an issue with us than the mattress. All in all, excellent stay!

We had a fantastic 3 nights in a great clean wonderful corner room. The whole hotel was spotless. All the staff were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. There was always a member of staff who could help with speaking English. Breakfast was a perfect mix of western and Chinese. The hotel was colourful and modern. When we left we were given a souvenir gift and given a escort to ensure we got the airport transfer safely. We saw many sites including the Terracotta Army, Huaquing Palace, The drum and bell towers, the old walls and Muslim Mosque. A wonderful incredible few days! Thank you!!!

We had a detour at Xi'an and stayed for only 15 hours. This hotel was excellent in all measures for us and we only wished that we had stayed longer. Their location, service and overall ambiance we absolutely amazing. It gave a very nice techno vibe anywhere inside, be it lobby, elevators, corridors and room. The room was also equipped with smart assistant that was fun to explore. My kids loved the color combination of black and red everywhere. We couldn't use the gym and pool though they looked really nice. The only thing where I was annoyed was the entrance as my taxi dropped us outside since he didn't (try to) take the car inside, so I had to carry all my luggage from the road all the way to the room. But during my check out, the staff helped talk to the taxi driver and he came inside near the entrance gate.

The hotel was very clean and the location was good, the staff at the hotel spoke English and was very friendly and helpful! They helped us get medicine as 2 family members were sick. They also helped us with finding locations to visit with directions. They also upgraded our room for free. Linkin & Agness were very helpful and hospitable and made our stay very nice. The only complaint was the breakfast, the bread and croissants were form a packet and not fresh and the beans were like water. Otherwise a great stay👍🏻

Super friendly staff, even with the little bit of English they helped me out with great care. The building is amazing and its easy to get around, with the metro its not far from the hotel. Everyday is next the hotel and 7-eleven is on the other side of the street. I had a great time and I will definitely come back

Nice hotel, with a really lively bar and lounge area. Room was a nice design, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was standard, no omelette stand though. Metro a few steps away, so very convenient. Overall a pleasant stay for one night.

It is a beautiful new hotel with stylish finishing touches. The room was small and was allocated to me, was overlooking a busy road close to the traffic lights at a major intersection. I could not tolerate the blaring of car hooters and the noise of vehicles driving up and down the road. I became very worried as to how I would fall asleep but decided to request for a different room. There was no issue to move to a different room. To my disappointment, the pillows had a bad smell, almost like a drain smell. I was so confused and did not know whether the smell was from behind the bed or whether it was the actual pillows. The only way out was to keep my nose away from the pillow. I did not want to report more issues to reception and decided to leave it since I was only there for one night. My friend on the other hand, had a stunning room with zero issues. Our rooms were right opposite each other but I guess I was just unlucky. The breakfast did not have a variety of Western food and there was very little to choose from. The hotel itself is classy.

Our stay at the Radisson was nothing short of awesome. Spotless rooms and very helpful staff. Oliver, in particular, was of great help. I would highly recommend this hotel.
