Ulasan Highlights Apartment Landmark

The apartment is well located near landmark 81 and the shopping mall so it’s convenient if you just stay 1 or 2 nights but I think they should improve the cleanliness of apartment since I found one big but like 10cm big running around but I can’t kill it due to too scary! And all the plats and kitchen equipment were not clean properly so I cleaned well and put back but I think they should do it properly before checking in any customers and the bed sheets were not so cleaned as well. Plus the bathroom smelled molded. Plus they didn’t explain on Ruth’s website that short term guests was not allowed to access to the swimming pool or gym of the service apartment, so I ended up to book another night in other nicer hotel and leave one night earlier as the walls were really thin I can hear the snoring from my bed which is really difficult to fall asleep!! Unless you have budget problem I won’t recommend this service apartment any more!

it is a good location

Was told it was newly renovated, and we are the first guest to be offered to this apartment, and thus, things are relatively new (refrigerator and the pots and pan are brand new). Nice view as the apartment faces Landmark 81 directly.

The room is beautiful, quite spacious, the quick check in and check out procedure is what I like most

The building is very tall and modern, every service is quality from check in to check out

這家房間是公寓式的，韓國人特別多。需要注意的是需要自助辦理入住，如果不是很清楚越南情況的人建議不住。這個需要注意的是下午2點入住需要注意時間。

На фотографиях выглядет намного лучшем чем наяву . Все достаточно старое , потертое и выглядит не очень красиво . Бассейн есть , но туда впускают только владельцев квартир и проблему никак не рашают . Услуги храния багажа отсутствуют хотя написано что тоже предоставляют . Так что отель мне не понравился . Не соотвествует тому что должно входить в сферу услуг

預訂兩晚，七點半左右入住，入住後即發現床上有髒污、疑似蟑螂的蟲、毛髮、破損！客廳地板有蟋蟀十點半左右訂房人員微信告知原房間（45樓）隔天需要維修，要換房間，並告知維修不能改期，後續答應也確認14點要換，隔天中午12點清潔人員就來敲門要求退房，已告知清潔人員是14點要換房，卻得到回覆要打掃給下一位客人，後續微信與訂房人員聯繫並說明至少要一點才會離開有答應後清潔人員也離開，12:30清潔人員又來要求立刻離開房間！再次微信聯絡工作人員，被告知讓清潔人員檢查房間即可，清潔人員也將感應卡片拿走，而後離開，13點清潔人員再次按門鈴，一開門直接強行進入打掃！ 預訂兩晚的住宿為的就是可以不用一直整理行李搬來搬去，預訂這裡也因為有電器傢俱廚房用品等 20:30左右回到更換完的房間（30樓），22:30左右要煮東西吃發現提供的電器，無火瓦斯爐、微波爐皆無法使用！ 非常差甚至爛的住宿體驗！非常不推！！！！

這裏的每個人都是那麼的快樂、和諧。他們非常熱情地幫助我們。 房間很棒，沒什麼可説的

入住和退房都很快……雖然我們到達的有點晚，但我們收到了在線支持訊息並輕鬆辦理了入住。感謝您的支持

衹是公寓整體環境不錯，個人對客户服務及態度都很差

總體來説是一次很好的體驗，公寓周圍的區域很漂亮。我在最後一刻預訂了，他們很方便
