Our first stay at Centre Point Terminal 21 Korat, the location was superb with access to the mall from level 4 and ground level. The service was excellent and the room was really clean. We were able to go to the Sky Deck and had a wonderful view of whole of Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat). A great stay indeed.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over New Year's, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They were all so friendly, kind, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. A special touch was the fortune cookies they gave to everyone who booked – a delightful and thoughtful gesture that added to the charm of the experience. The room itself was perfect. I stayed in one with a panoramic view, and it truly was a dream come true. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially during the fireworks display on New Year's Eve—it was the perfect spot to watch the celebration in all its glory. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it the ideal retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the New Year. The combination of excellent service, cozy accommodations, and a prime location for the fireworks made this hotel a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

The hotel is about 15 minutes to Ya Mo monument and is right next to Terminal 21 Korat Mall. Staff were attentive and the room was clean. The only thing that we didn’t like about the hotel was old towels in hotel room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Terminal 21 Korat and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean. The mall is the same place as the hotel.

Lovely clean and extremely delicious hotel. The room is very clean and nice. The breakfast is a bit boring, missing some good Thai dishes for breakfast. All in all probably the best hotel in Korat, located along with the best shopping mall of them all Terminal 21. Already looking forward to coming back again.
