I understand that a Courtyard Marriott is not a Ritz Carlton, but a minimal customer service would be appreciated. At arrival I asked for a Casablanca map,. The girl in the reception looked at me as if I had landed from Mars, and started looking around.,. Finding nothing. Finally she printed a map from the web. I asked her to mark the hotel position in the map and she could not do it!!! She had to call a bellman who very kindly gave me some general info about the city. The valet parking guy was rude and impolite,, and he made no effort to help me when asked him about some directions. The only good thing is that the hotel is new and the rooms are big and comfortable. But without some human touch, the quality of the buildings has no value....

Great price , location a bit far from good restaurants and entertainment district or sea , good location for business trip moving around the city , breakfast was surprisingly better than breakfast in some 5 stars hotels, staf was very nice and friendly which made stay smooth, AC problem hasn’t been solved during my stay

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The staff were exceptional, professional and friendly. They treated us like family. Anything we needed, was no trouble for them. Special thanks to; Hadija & Fatima - Housekeeping Amine-Bar Tender Hamza & Youssef - Front of House Oualid Ramdani, Aymen, Khalid, Souffiane-Staff Bader - Security All the staff were very helpful. Great stay. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good. Cannot complain about anything. Also rooftop pull and restaurant was great. Room was ready for early check in and was given a late checkout too!! Kinda far from the sites but it doesn’t matter since the tram is down the street and Careens are like 3 dollars.

My name is Jinho Shin. I stayed at 501 During my recent three-day visit to Morocco, I had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Casablanca. As someone who owns hotels in the United States, I have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and I must say that this property exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was the exceptional professionalism, kindness, and courtesy shown to both my wife and me by the entire staff. From the front desk team to the housekeepers, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast offered each morning was excellent, and I chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant for all three dinners during our stay. The food was outstanding, reasonably priced, and the waitstaff provided impeccable service, treating us with great respect and warmth. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca, especially travelers from the United States, who will appreciate the high standards of hospitality and service.

This would be 0 stars for me, I don’t think I have ever stayed in a worst hotel ever and I have stayed in some bad ones. Where do I start: 1. The room, AC was super loud and worst of all the floor tiles in the bathroom were super slippery. This is a hazard a super dangerous, whilst they put mats in the shower (incidentally also slippery), if you had a shower the floor would be super slippery from the steam and nearly fell 2/3 times even with slippers. My nieces had to checkout from one room as their AC was not working. The shower has strong and soft pressure intermittently so all in all disastrous. 2. Service, tried to call the lobby twice with no luck and had to go down twice. Overall front office staff was sloppy. 3. Housekeeping, was there 2 nights and after the first one left the room and put the “make up my room sign” when I came back at 3pm room has not been cleaned. When they did come at 6 after I left for dinner, they didn’t leave any clean towels, didn’t take the empty water bottles. Also the fixed soap bottles in the shower had not been refilled Whilst I understand there is different levels of hotels, there is a minimum requirement. Don’t understand how Marriott allows this hotel to be in their portfolio! Suggest you stay away from here at all cost.
