Onatti Beach Resort - Adults Only 16 Years Plus

We had booked 5 days at Onatti, and already after half a day, we tried to cancel the remaining days. There was nothing to be done, so we had to stay. At that point, we believed Onatti was the worst-run hotel we have stayed in during 40 years of traveling around the world. The door to our room was broken, and there were no bath towels upon arrival. There were only two small lamps with weak bulbs in the room, making reading impossible, and no internet (if you want internet in the room, it costs an extra €20). The beach is nice enough, with sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price - but you should know that it requires water shoes to enter the water. On the other hand, there is good snorkeling from the hotel's pier. The concept is All-Inclusive - the reality was Nothing Inclusive. At lunch, all the food was gone, even though there was half an hour left of the lunch period. At teatime, there was no tea, and the cake was drier than the sand under our feet. At dinner time, all the food was gone, even though we arrived only 15 minutes after the start - all that was left was lukewarm soup, rice, and raw vegetables without dressing. Need I add that the leftovers taste terrible? Like sticking your tongue out the window in Cairo's rush hour. By the way, you also constantly have to ask for plates, glasses, cups, etc. We asked for soda with our "meal" - the waiter didn't understand. So, we asked for cold water - and then he had the audacity to ask if we could say it in English. Cold water! English is our second language, for heaven's sake. And no, we never got water... we had to make a cup of tea ourselves just to have something to drink with the "meal." That many of the other guests were Russians, eating and drinking as if they were paid for it, should not be our problem. There should be food for everyone - including us, who don't push our way to the front of the line. Postscript: Already on day 2, things started to improve a bit - but only a bit. A little more food, slightly better service. This was because on that day, a new manager, Kamal, started, who was well aware of the hotel's problems. Therefore: Check newer reviews than this one to see if the standard has improved since November 2023.

IT was very nice hotel every thing is nice the entertaiment team is so nice and active they do the Best the beach is so clear and the corals is so nice i like every thing the rooms are clear the food is so nice the drink the bar stuff is to friendly and kind

Nurkowania super, diving centre w hotelu profesjonalny. Sam hotel ładny, z dużym potencjałem. Jedzenie bardzo skromne, przeciętnej jakości. Bar w lobby bardzo mały, dużo lepszy przy plaży… Mógłby to być naprawdę świetny hotel, niestety nie jest, choć obsługa bardzo się stara i jest bardzo miła.

Lovely place where I come with my family for the second time and not last for sure. We love the a**osphere in this place full of kind people, beautiful beach, good food and very good massage with mr Ramadan. Special thanks to the best animation team. Hope to see you again in few months

Fantastic place which we loved in december and come back now. We are very happy to be here again especially we see that hotel changed a lot - new great staff, bigger animation program with foam party and live music, amazing food. We glad to see the good change in the hotel

We come here with my family for the second time and we love this place. We was here in december and we see a lot of change in the hotel. Live music, great service and our lovely animation team Sara and Akram are still here. We are very happy to come back
