Pathetic is the least i can say, horrible hotel. Don't you review the hotel before registering them in their platform? bedsheets were not changed. Tv didn't work, ac didn't had any remote, only it ran in 24 degrees, so nasty toilets. Not even worth for 500 bucks per day. Need a refund of that

Very nice trip. Find location by maps and access easily. But puri district road are narrow and sort so to reach destination by auto is time taken

It is near to temple and beach. Room is ok. Phone in the room to reception counter was not working. Ac was working, but water was falling from ac. Ac remote is fixed at 16, not moving ahead. A good restaurant is not near at hotel location. Considering the location and room condition, hotel is good. The other two things are repairable.

Friendly and personal service
the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again

Dirty bed, dirty bedsheets, dirty cupboard. It was like they haven't cleaned the room for ages. They gave dirty water also.

No cleaning, even bucket is very dirty in the bathroom, and every-time go for taking bath no water in taps. Even every time we make a call at the reception then water comes. Not even good location to stay poor.

This is my second time at hotel narmada bhawan first time experience was quit good it but this time the room was not properly cleaned poor hygienic & staff were not careful we had to say them repeatedly.
