Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast was complete and very good. The pool is not filtered, and so it is not as clean as I would have liked. The internet was very good.

立地がスーパーマーケットのそばにあるので、買い物に便利です。マレコン、バス停からも近いです。朝食のバッフェもコーヒー、オレンジジュース、メキシカン料理、パンケーキ、フルーツ、パンを食べ放題で、美味しかったです。又、飲食物を保管できる冷蔵庫が一階にありました。
改善点は、Wifiが不安定だったこと、トイレのドアが閉められなかった事です。

WiFi not working and the TV remote not operable. The elevatorNOT working! Room was VERY TINY considering the rate of pay for the night. Reception staff took forever to check me in (allegedly their computer system not working). There were 3 other guests came to complain about the WiFi and elevators not working while I was checking in.

Room smelled and you couldn’t turn on the air conditioner because it made load noises. You could hear people in the next room and in the hallway

The hotel is close to the Malecon and you can walk everywhere. The pool not so great, all cement and 3 lounge chairs. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast but closes at noon so hard to get water or anything to snack, no ice. I had to buy my own water to drink.

False advertizing SAID SOUND PROOF WINDOWS WHAT ABOUT THE GLASS DOOR ? no sleep .Shower did not work ....only if you like CoLD water would not turn to the left as instructed Valentines day with no shower! TV was dark then darker then suddenly light . I COULD ONLY GET THE INTERNET IN THE NIGHT BUT GUESS I NEEDED SoMETHING TO DO at 3 in the morning Never stay there again

The reason I gave a one star for cleanliness is we had bed bug the first week we realized that it was that. The room looked clean and we got it cleaned every day. But when we realised we were full of bug bits we asked to change room and they found us one the next day. We will not be back sorry just bad luck I guess.

Beds are great, really comfortable.
Breakfast was good and a good variety. The service staff were excellent. We had some confusion at check-in and our room wasn't ready on time, they said 10 minutes so we stood in the lobby with our children for 15 minutes and then they said another hour, which was a little frustrating after a long flight.
Overall would absolutely stay there again!
