Booked direct with the hotel, we sent the payment as they requested, before arriving at the hotel, and the manager authorized to give our 4 junior suites, to someone else. We booked 23 room, and they still treated us very bad. One of our rooms got rain on the entirely room, and all the clothes of our friends got wet, they didn't provide a solution, because they were fully booked, our friends clothes were all wet, and staff didn't care. They are ready to take your money and treated you bad. They are unprofessional starting with the manager

Fantastic location, literally 5 min walk to the Zocalo and short walk to all surroundings, shops, restaurants. It’s a bummer they don’t have kitchen for breakfast or even a cup of coffee, croissants in the morning. There are lots of cafes, restaurants around but be aware of the time they open, if you are on schedule to catch a bus or something scheduled early, places don’t open till 8-8:30 for breakfast. Hotel has soap, shampoo, towel , closet , safe box, pretty spacious and cozy rooms, slow elevator as lots of people are going up down but it works perfectly if you have patience and you give enough time to yourself for the slow elevator. Great stay here! Puebla is a lovely town specially during Christmas!

Great location, just a five minute walk to the Zocalo. I had a double room with two full size beds and it would not be exaggeration to say it was ginormous. I have not seen a room as large during my travels in many states throughout Mexico. It was also very clean and has AC. The front desk and housekeeping staff were great. Just a couple callouts: 1) my first room had a dreadful smell emanating from the bathroom but they quickly changed me to another room; and 2) although the second room smelled great, there was now showerhead so it was a high pressure stream but no biggie. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when in Puebla City but perhaps in a room with a showerhead.

El hotel tiene pésimo servicio, el lavabo tenía una fuga que hacía un charco lo cuál fue peligroso tener y nunca la repararon porque no tenían personal, lo único que nos dieron fue toallas para ponerlas en el piso, tampoco nos ofrecieron alternativas y no consideraron el reembolso que pedimos. La atención del personal no fue amable. La habitación no tenía ventanas y tampoco tenía caja fuerte ( que era lo que se ofrecía). A pesar de su cercanía con la cátedra, no volveríamos a este lugar y no lo recomendamos para nada a nadie.
