We recently stayed at the Queen Vic and had an amazing experience. Stan, Josh and Paul were fabulous hosts, and their hospitality was 2nd to none. We booked rooms 11 and 17 and both are well designed, with all of the comforts and amenities that you'll need for your stay. The beds were super comfortable, rooms were very clean, fully air conditioned and very well taken care of. They're located right in the heart of town and you can walk or bike to anywhere in Provincetown. You will have to park offsite since there is no onsite parking, but Stan can give you recommendations for parking, and if you stay for more than a couple of days, look into getting a parking pass from the town transit which will most likely cost less than daily parking rates. Every morning, we were greeted by an amazing homemade warm breakfast, from eggs benedict to corn flake-French toast. There's a nice, quiet back patio which has a jacuzzi, if it's not hotter than Hades when you're there. They also have beach towels and umbrella's for your daily excursions. On Fri, Sat and sometimes Sun, the guys host a small happy hour for guests and friends. It's low key and a bit more chill then literally across the street where, if you're willing and able, you can go enjoy the Boatslip Resort & Beach Club's Tea Party. Don't forget to ask Stan for recommendations for everything from easiest way to get to the local beaches to where the best place to eat dinner and see a local show. Being "townies" for the past decade Stan, Josh and Paul know their way around and who's-who in PTown to provide you the best experience you can have. You can tell that this house and property is well taken care of and loved which means you'll be too! We'll definitely return someday soon, because it was one of the best vacation experiences we've had. Big thanks to Stan, Josh and Paul for elevating it. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate, just book it, you won't regret it.
