Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

At first glance, we didn't thought it was a nice hotel. We thought it was some boring hotel. But we were so wrong! The architectural design was amazing. The garden in the back of the hotel was stunning, filled to the brim with bushes, flowers and palm trees. The room we booked was amazing. The facilities were great, everything worked perfectly. The dishes served here (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were so delicious. we wish we could eat like that every day! The rocky peisage was so beautiful, we took so many pictures of it! The staff was warm and helpful. Overall, we've had a pleasant experience and we look forward into coming here next summer!

So pleased we chose this hotel, great location, delicious food, friendly staff, plenty of space and lots to do. Pool area is spacious and safe and the private beach is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt really lucky to have found this hotel - it’s perfect. My daughter and I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We will be back!!

Spent an amazing week in Crystal Spring Beach hotel last month..OMG..miss that place already!!!Me and my husband will definitely come back..It kind of unique oasis. Stunning beach, beautiful garden with flowers and bushes!!! Sun-beds on a grass, swimming pool, Jacuzzi in the garden, beach bars so amazing place, spotless clean, staff very polite and friendly ..you feel like a part of a family, comfortable and relaxed All facilities - gym, tennis and volleyball courts, sauna and Spa Food was absolutely amazing..You can choose breakfast you like ( full English, European or Greek, light breakfasts, fresh fruit and much more) Basilicos restaurant was so romantic place to have traditional Cypriot Meze listening to Greek music on a background Room comfortable and clean, they do clean every day and even quick cleaning in the evening You have live music with evening meal ( guitar, piano, buozouki) and new entertainment every evening Fantastic holiday!!! First time bookers (last min) due to the weather being terrible in the UK. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Not our normal booking we usually do Mexico but due to time of year and decent price we stayed here via jet2 with a large family group. Flight times rubbish but when we have been Cyprus always the same for some reason. Hotel clean as you will find rooms, pool restaurant grounds etc Staff local and Eastern European absolutely fantastic from bar staff to waiting staff very engaging and helpful. For me personally - Breakfast buffet good Lunch excellent Dinner ok Option to try the fish / meat Meze restaurant twice every week…. Absolutely Unreal fantastic chilled setting and best meal we’ve had comparing to top 5 star hotel restaurants in the Caribbean the fish option top draw even guest of our party who do not like fish commented how good the experience was, shame you couldn’t go every night! The meat option (3 nights a week) was good but the fish for me / us topped it. Dona the (I think) head waitress fantastic with the family lovely lady and her staff offered a service which we could not expect any better. Drinks selection 5 star - only suprise carlsberg on draft not sure who got that deal done but anyone in the UK will tell you a pint of sea water taste better than that stuff. KEO pint on draft is sound but also loads of larger bottle options. Best of all for me Magners on draft! Well played that with kopperberg bottles and others also. The owner and his family attended each weekend that we was there and spoke to some of my family and very engaging great to see an independent family run establishment with the genuine interest of the guests. Special mentions (sorry can’t recall everyone name) Dona as mentioned above Ustav night bar chap and his mate behind bar (sorry didn’t remeber his name) glass Would never be empty. George pool server never seen someone smile as much top lad. Lady who ran pool bar in blue through the day sorry didn’t get her name looked after our young boys for food and drinks ( and us ) lovely lady! Margarita lady in the Lunch so friendly and attentive. Only one Constructive criticism- Evening food (buffet) not the best (repetitive) we ate out of the hotel twice as gets too much buffet 3x a day. An additional restaurant on site would be spot on. Those who like too mooch Pinia restaurant up the road fantastic (short bus / taxi) Other info - Well out way of Protaras (good thing in my opinion) but if you want chilled hol with a unreal little beach cove in front of your hotel , clearest sea ive seen then you will not find better. If you want a mooch (we did 3 times) into protaras bus every 15mins . 1euro50 easy as that. Main question is would we book again? Yes 110% ….. get it booked 👍

This hotel was a perfect place for a relaxing week away. Our room had sea views and was very comfortable and clean. The proximity to the safe little cove was ideal for my daughter to wander to. The food in the buffet, fish mezze and poolside bar was great and there was a good variety of entertainment in the evening. But I think what makes this special are the people who work there and I must give a special mention to Kristina in the buffet restaurant who made everyone feel welcome and George at the poolside restaurant who indulged me in a baileys frappe every day with a big smile on his face. The staff are a huge asset to this hotel. I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing break.

Just the best week! We stayed at Crystal springs whilst attending a family wedding with the rest of the party staying in Aiya napa, we would 100% choose crystal springs again. The service in this hotel is like we’ve never experienced at every touch point: from midnight arrivals with a smile, to bedroom cleaning, friendly wait staff at buffets, restaurants, bars everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. So child friendly! Food was great, wide varieties, restaurant and beach/pool bar was fab and good drinks selection too. We don’t tend to revisit resorts but would be very tempted to come back here, we loved it! So just a fab stay, happy family!

New, clean building. With comfortable beds and soft pillows. Very clean. Carpeted flooring in the hallways. Cleaning twice a day. Attentive staff. A compliment from the hotel is a bottle of champagne and fruit. The first days were cool and we asked to turn on the heating of the children's pool and they accommodated us, for which we are especially grateful. There are toys for children near the towel exchange. The cleanliness was perfect, it was pleasant to walk on the grass barefoot and the baby crawled with pleasure. Securely installed sun umbrellas will not be blown away even by strong winds. Delicious food. Even a one-year-old baby found something to eat. Freshly squeezed Orange juice in unlimited quantities. Delicious desserts, fresh fruits, yoghurts. I really liked the restaurant with its fish and meat menu. We recommend going. Good selection of cocktails, very tasty. There are steps down to the sea, along a path, convenient for a stroller. The water in the sea is the cleanest. We recommend this hotel and are already planning to return again.

Such a lovely atmosphere all the staff seem very contented in their work place which enables you to totally relax, we could not fault anything,apart from there wasn’t any shops or bars near by,however the bus stop is practically outside the hotel running every ten minutes.would definitely go back.🤩

This hotel gets lots of things right, and could be even better with a few tweaks. The staff are excellent, attentive without being intrusive. We felt very relaxed and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms have a modern feel with plenty of hangers for your clothes. Safe and pool towels are included so no need to have cash for deposits. The pool/beach bar was a favourite spot for us, food cooked to order and delicious drinks, both premium and local. George was very friendly and always had a positive attitude. Anasatisa and Konstantina were also friendly and professional as well as hard working. Sunbeds are very well spaced out so you don't feel crowded by other guests. There are bus stops immediately outside the hotel (routes 101 and 102) at 1.5 euros for a single trip regardless of destination. Buses every 15 mins. We had to report the toilet flush 3 times as it kept breaking, they asked us to not press it so hard but this really wasn't the cause. Many of the flushes in the toilets in the common areas also suffered from the same issue. When the flush broke again on the 4th occasion the whole unit was replaced and no more problems. Main restaurant. This, in our opinion, is the hotels weak spot. The layout is not conducive to a safe/relaxing experience. The doors into the kitchen open out straight into the walkway where guests are carrying their food. On a couple of occasions staff and guests collided. The hotel could easily change this by moving the display stands and blocking this area off, this would also allow staff to replenish food without needing to enter the guest area. We loved the fresh orange at breakfast and the raw honeycomb. There's the usual cook to order omelettes etc. The porridge was served in a shallow tray which meant it went cold quickly and gluey. This could be rectified by serving it in the same type of container used for soup in the evening. Whilst there was always something to create a meal the meat was often overcooked and/or dried out. There was no microwave that we could see to reheat food as it was often lukewarm, not that we want to reheat, we rather the food was hot upon serving. The cheese selection in the evening was very limited, if they replicated the selection from breakfast service this would be most welcome. Most of the desserts were flavourless and probably bought in. There was no self serve ice cream only mini lollies. As the food was not always to our taste we often ate at the pool bar instead. When the male maitre d' was in charge it was often difficult to get a drink or it took a long time to come, to the point we thought we had been forgotten about and it seemed he treated the staff quite sharply. The service seemed to run more smoothly when the female maitre d' was on duty. Location. From the point of view of being right on the beach this hotel has it sown up.
