"We arrived early hours of Sunday morning. Checked in by the security man. Who got out of his seat to point 👉 where our room was. We opened the door .And we're shocked. The room was on the ground floor within one of the Bungalows. Crawling up a over the two single beds, was the biggest Cockroach 🪳 I've ever seen ! After seeing this one we were chasing around the room after others. Ten to be exact! We returned back to reception, to be told there was nothing could be done about it until 7am that morning. So we hesitantly went back to the room. We went back at 7am to be told the hotel was full but if we came back after 9.30am the cleaner would know how many rooms were coming empty. So I asked the receptionist why she couldn't look on her screen for this information? And Welcome to Cyprus! We do understand that you do get bugs 🐛 and things in Cyprus, but not to that extent! In our room aswell. We were eventually offered to change rooms. It was an exact same room, but in a different Bungalow. They charged us 50 Euros! Even our rep questioned why? But all they said is that it was Hotel policy 🙄 The pool area was ok. And 5 minutes walk to the top of the strip. Also we went half board and the food was excellent 👌 We had to go to CJ,s restaurant next to the hotel. It was set menus. But the food served by them was always hot and tasty. The staff couldn't do enough for you. All very nice and friendly. So Thank you to all at CJ,s To sum it all up we would not return to this hotel! But had a great time on the strip and at CJ s. If you are thinking of staying here, pay extra to make sure you get a renovated room as they looked lovely."

"Nicely located only 300mts from crystal waters, Plenty of parking if you arriving with a car All staff were friendly and happy to help which made such a difference The room was big enough with a veranda overlooking the pool and the sea, bed was super comfortable, brand new and so were the pillows, lovely linen and renovated bathroom with excellent shower The breakfast had everything you could think of and a bit more, my favorite was the homemade olivepie and watermelon glyko All in all an excellent getaway"

Was on the 5th floor in a newly renovated room plenty of plug sockets a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee supplied. Good clean towels and changed daily."

"From start to finish the holiday was incredible. The hotel is so clean, staff work incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. Rooms are great, highly recommend sea view rooms. Views and sunrise are worth the extra cost. Nice toiletries in the room, hairdryer, tea, coffee, milk and 2 bottles of water each day. Food is lovely, lots of variety at breakfast and dinner. Could maybe be a little warmer but appreciate that is difficult with this type of catering facility. Location is amazing. Get up early (6am) to swim with turtles in the bay. To the left it’s much busier, you can walk to the main resort with lots of bars, restaurants and shops. To the right things are much quieter and very picturesque. A few restaurants and lots of beautiful views. I am very fussy and would often find issues with a hotel. I can honestly say that I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. We are sad to be leaving."

"Hotel is in an ideal location. It's close to the beach, close to the main street. It's at the bottom of a hill with slight incline so some may struggle with the incline on it going up. The hotel is spotless, rooms are cleaned each day. On check in(going by the family room), you get a starter kit for tea/coffee which has some teabags/coffee sachets/sugar/small milk/creamer type liquid/water/kettle. You hire the safe in the room at €1.50 per day and get a code from reception to open it. Staff at the hotel are lovely. We stayed b&b. Breakfast is a buffet. There's a reasonable selection of food including cereal/fruit/cooking corner where you get omelette or crepes. Staff in dining area are lovely, especially Mr Smiler/Mr Happy! I would return to the hotel again at some stage."

Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay."

"Zemira and Giora Ben Yosef - Israel 8-9/07/26 We stayed at the SUNRISE JADE Hotel in Protaras and asked for a recommendation for a good authentic restaurant, from the hotel's selection of restaurants. We received a warm recommendation for Kyklos Greek Restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant and discovered that this was indeed the best restaurant we ate at during our vacation, starting with the warm, personal and helpful attitude of the staff under the management of Elias, and later, the wonderful, authentic and delicious food, some of the finest we have eaten, created by the excellent chef Vasilios Theodoridis and the kitchen team. We enjoyed the attitude, the atmosphere and the quality of the food so much that we decided at the end of the meal to return to the same restaurant the next day and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended to anyone vacationing in the town of Protaras."

"We are so glad we found this villa! We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was more than adequate for our family of four (two adults and two teenage boys) The villa itself is modern and spotlessly clean. We found the beds comfortable and the bathrooms lovely. The kitchen isn’t set up for cooking big meals if that is what you are looking for but is adequate for breakfast and lunch. The outdoor space is superb! A great size pool and plenty of sun beds. Also a large outdoor comfy sofa area. The location is perfect. A short walk through the hotel grounds and you are on the promenade which is just a short walk to Fig Tree Beach and a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel staff were so friendly from the minute we arrived. The cleaners came in everyday, they supplied us with clean towels and pool towels. An added surprise was the delivery of platters of food each day, pastries, cakes, fruit! It was my son’s birthday whilst we were there and after a day out we came back to a towel cake and a real cake for us to eat. It was a lovely touch. We couldn’t recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back."

"Rarely write a review , but I think this hotel deserves one . From the minute we got off the coach we were welcomed by the manager and staff with help with our suitcases , check in was smooth and kindly escorted to our rooms. Rooms are very spacious , could do with slight modernising and lick of paint but all in all nice and spacious for a family of four . We had a studio with a nice view looking out to the sea , only slight problem that we were overlooking a room with a private pool and made us very jealous , we be looking into one of them rooms for our next stay haha . We had a terrible and frightening first day , as my partners ankle gave way while walking down the steps by the swimming pool , she managed to climb back up the steps but passed out and apparently swallowed her tongue , Luckily the lifeguards and other members of staff were very alert and seen the incident and managed to clear her airways and get her back round of which I'm forever grateful . They looked after her and made sure she was ok for the rest of the day . Staff were amazing that day and for the rest of the week , so a big thank you from us. The issue with the pool turning clothes and skin green was annoying but that's all , hopefully sorted in the future but certainly a minor issue in the grand scheme of things . The pool area and snack bar is lovely , food spot on for snacks and all staff serving you with a smile . Hotel day time activities were good , no pressure to join in but my eldest loved the quizzes . Evening food was probably best all inclusive food I have had , plenty of choice and very delicious , it looks very small at first glance but there was plenty of choice even for the fussy eaters . Outdoor seating was nice . Plenty of choice of drinks and premium selection was a bonus , even do cocktails that were not on the menu . Evening entertainment was not to bad aswell, some nights good and some just ok , but the team worked Very hard and always bubbly . Location was excellent , just a 15 minute walk to the centre and lovely views from swimming pool at sunset . Will definitely look at returning and a big thank you to all staff and especially the hard working manager Flouris , does he ever stop working , always helping out when he could ."

"I stayed here for a week and left today. Staff were lovely and building is nice and modern however whenever we was in our room we could hear everyone in their rooms. Next to us there was someone screaming at his partner for a few hours then I think he left and new people came in. The thin walls made it so we could hear their tv all day and night. We also saw a cockroach in the hall way and below is a picture of pink sausages we had at breakfast. Not worth the money. Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money to be there"
