"We have just returned home from this wonderful hotel We arrived and was told our room and we had sea view was a fab view Room was lovely and clean plenty of storage space and a fridge bed was very comfortable Cleaners are so friendly and will always speak Pool bar was fab haris and his team are great and treat you with respect and are friendly nothing was to much trouble Pool is good and we didn’t have any sunbed wars which was great Breakfast was good always something to have and food was hot My only problem was the shower over bath I have no feeling in arm and hand so made it hard for me to get in and out but my hubby helped me I didn’t want to make a fuss but a walk in shower 🚿 would’ve been better maybe i should’ve asked to move Staff at mandali take pride in the work ensuring all guest are welcome and are looked after I can’t praise this hotel enough and we shall definitely be returning Fab location Thank you Mel & Ed"

"We recently stayed at the Maris Grand Hotel in Protaras as a family of three and had a truly wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the hotel was. Every area, from the rooms to the communal spaces, was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were one of the standout highlights. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure guests were looked after. Their genuine warmth made a real difference to our experience. In particular, Georgia, the Front Office Manageress who is so kind, helpful & always smiling and Ebru who worked at the splash park poolside bar – Must try her iced coffee…amazing!! Maria, Bill and their team were exceptional in the restaurant, always friendly, and polite whilst providing full professionalism at all times. The cleaning staff are simply amazing too! The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality throughout our stay. The Italian restaurant was a particularly lovely bonus and provided a fantastic alternative for a special evening meal. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool area and water slides, which provided hours of fun and entertainment. The facilities were great for families and helped make the holiday memorable for all of us. We visited during peak season in August, so naturally the hotel was very busy, particularly around the pool and main bar areas. Despite this, the atmosphere remained friendly and enjoyable. The only small suggestion we would make is that some background music in the evening bar area would help create a little more ambience after dinner. It was considerably cheaper than many hotels of a similar rating in the area, yet delivered far more than expected. Don't book expecting 5-star luxury, because that's not what it promises, but if you're looking for a great base, good facilities, and an unbeatable price-to-quality ratio, this hotel is absolutely brilliant. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend the Maris Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday in Protaras. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we've already booked to return in October, which says everything about how highly we rate this hotel. "This review is, of course, subjective. The hotel is tidy and generally decent. There's lots of greenery and a fairly large area. It offers a wonderful view of the beach and Konnos Bay. The walk uphill after the beach isn't the most pleasant part, but it's like a fun quest, especially after a delicious and varied breakfast. In my opinion, the breakfasts were superb. The towel change system is clear and convenient. The pool and surrounding area are also a separate story. The Spartiatis restaurant nearby kept us from sleeping, but they served delicious food – the salmon is a must-try, as is the tasty bread from the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday; if you don't mind the workout from the climb after the beach, everything else is great!"

"We were an adult couple that spent 2 weeks at the hotel in July -26. We had an excellent time ! Staff was very hardworking, smiling and helpful. We had all inclusive which included breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The buffet was not very numerous but the food was delicious and changed up every day of the week. The hotel was clean and tidy. Hotel location was perfect. A short walk to beautiful beaches, resturants and supermarket. A 20 min walk to Protaras. Pool area was good, never had an issue getting sunbeds. We would definately come back."

The hotel's location is simply perfect, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Protaras and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the promenade. The service was outstanding, especially from Michael Gykenia and Nora. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and personal attention made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation.
