The room is spacious,bed super comfy and elegant.. The kettle,coffee and tea are provided..The front desk staff who checkin us were helpful and friendly.Overall all staff are nice and helpful,from the front desk,room service and those who serve for breakfast..Breakfast was delicious,i love my hot cappucino and latte macchiato.We stayed 4 days 3 nights.The problem is taxi would not drop off or pick you up infront of your hotel.I need to to drag your luggage along the padestrian street to find a spot for taxi.But if you don't mind a little walk,that should not be a problem because this hotel is located at the prime spot,Old Town and walkable to many spot to visit and the souvenier shops are everywhere..I would recommend this hotel to others and i will stay here again

We struggled to find the hotel but we're very happy with everything. Location, cleanliness, staff and rooms were wonderful. They even made us a breakfast to take with us as we were leaving early. Worth every penny.

Great location, lovely stuff. The room was very specious and big. Highly recommend it and we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location, about 200 meters from the Town Hall Square, and it is very convenient to go to Charles Bridge and the Castle. We booked a suite with a terrace, where we can see the Tyn Church and the Castle. The scenery is beautiful. The room has two floors, spacious, and clean.

Perfect! Ideal location for sightseeing. Very clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast is more than generous (large selection of savory and sweet options) and gluten-free options are available. I recommend it 100%!

The hotel is quite close to the subway station downstairs is very lively Lots of food There is a mini market to buy daily necessities and souvenirs There is a havelsky market nearby Very close to the Old Town attractions 5 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock Old Town Square Every day breakfast is good buffet breakfast

The location is very good. It is right in the Old Town Square. You can walk back and forth to the Astronomical Clock and Prague Square many times a day. It is also not far from Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. There is a market right outside the door, but it is nothing special. The view outside the room is also good.
