Black Star Suites

This hotel is linked to the Clementin next door and the lovely Jitka looked after our bags as we arrived early. The hotel sits in a quiet side street but at either end, you'll find a whole host of different shops and restaurants. The apartments are lovely and spacious and well looked after. We only encountered one issue with our room and that was a peculiar smell which we initially put down to being a chemical/cleaning product maybe, however as the week went on, I changed to think it was possibly some fresh pain somewhere in the apartment.* Just remembered the slow draining shower. Breakfast was great on the day we had it (we tried somewhere new every day) It was handy being able to obtain local currency from the hotel too. Absolutely we would stay here again in this beautiful building in this beautiful city

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! It is beautiful, clean, historic, and quiet. The staff was wonderful - nice and helpful. Romana was absolutely incredible, and we'd come back just for her. It is located in a wonderful centralized location, and we could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Prague!

This property is very good, spacious, clean and receptionist (Jitika, sorry if I am not pronouncing your name right) is very friendly, polite and helpful. She allowed us to put our luggage in their bf room after checkout which was great help. She also offered us to book our taxi to airport which we did ourselves bcoz we were not sure when we will be back. This property is at 5-10 min walk to all sight scenes which is a plus point. We enjoyed both( Day & Night) views during our stay. That was our very good stay at Black Star Suite and we will highly recommend Black Star in Prague.

Great service, easy to access (even out of hours), the property needs a little paint job but is generally in good repair. The style/quality is in keeping with the price (i.e. the price was low, so I didn’t have high expectations).

Such a beautiful historic hotel. It’s located in the heart of old Prague, so very convenient for food, shops, restaurants etc. Anna the receptionist was very helpful with our stay and our future bookings.

Great choice for our family. We stayed in the suites and they were beautiful in a historic building. Staff was amazing. Location cannot be beat.

Perfectly convenient location. Despite being so close to Charles Bridge and being on the main tourist route from old town square, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely and helpful welcome from the reception staff (located next door to our building in Clementine) and they were kind enough to look after our bags for the duration of our last day as we checked out at 11am but our flight was at 10pm. The room was lovely and in a really special building; you could feel the history of it throughout. Our bed was comfortable and the whole Duplex 'Room' (actually 2 floors!) we had was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and gladly stay again.

It was literally near everything! The staff was so nice and helpful and let us know where to go and which places were best to eat! Our favorite place to eat was right outside our door, the Irish Times is a must! Would love to stay there again in the future!
