Hotel Uno Prague

I liked everything, especially the reception staff, very responsive and professional, excellent and tasty breakfast with a huge selection. The hotel also has its own store, where you get a 20 percent discount as a guest!!!! Hotel Uno!!!!

Well priced, well maintained, well kept rooms. The rooms were cleaned/made up every day by the staff and the breakfast was more than suitable for someone on the go. Staff were friendly and helpful. The built in market was a definite plus! The view from the hotel on higher floors is very nice, and the nearby transport links are a god send. Just make sure to activate your tickets when you board.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Uno Prague was terrible. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised parking included, but upon arrival, there was no parking available. They suggested a paid parking area that was a 10-15 minute walk away. When we finally got the keys to our room on the 10th floor, we got stuck in the elevator. Elevator did not respond. After eventually getting out and on arrival to the 10th floor, we found that the lights in the hallway didn’t work. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning. The bathroom was dirty, with broken plaster and mold in the shower. This stay definitely did not feel like it was in a 4-star hotel.

We've visited Prague with my husband during the opening the season hockey match and Rammstein concerts and stayed at the Uno Hotel Prague. Location: it's a bit far from the city centre, but it's not a problem as one can walk to the subway and reach all desired parts of Prague. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Using public transport is truelly beneficial with a ticket that the hotel provides. Moreover, there's an Austrian supermarket in a foot distance and a smaller shop in the same building with a 20% discount card for ppl who stay in Uno. Shop BTW works till midnight. Rooms: are old but nicely renovated with graffiti on the wall, little fridge, cattle, tea, coffee and some water bottles. Bed was also pretty comfy and soft. Breakfast: big choice, everything was tasty. And a life hack we bought it while booking the room, and it costed only 5 euros instead of 12. Staff: the real gem in this hotel. Young, helpful, multi lingual guys. They are ready to help any time with everything. Temur, Artem and Vadim have stolen our hearts. It was a pleasure to meet them and have some nice talks. They helped with parking, gave all kinds of vouchers and recommendations what to see and try in Prague. To sum up - 100% recommended

I want to say that the prices correspond to the quality of the room. Surprisingly delicious breakfasts. Friendly and fast staff. There is parking, convenient location

Terrible hotel. I booked because there was parking. However, it is subject to availability and obviously I didn't get a place. The attendant suggested paid parking near the hotel. I spent 1250 kc to leave 24 hours in the Tesco parking lot. Room without air conditioning and there was no bed set for the children. There is a much cheaper hotel and better than it at Prague.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, not noisy at night, has a supermarket next door which is open til midnight. Great breakfast offered and not far at all from the nearest metro station. Hotel reception very friendly and helpful. Shower has a good strong pressure. We would stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel in January. Everything was fine. Only parking needs to be warned in advance. The staff is nice and friendly. Great hotel, not the first time here. Spacious, clean, good room cleaning. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely return there again.

Everything was great! I stayed here for 2 nights and I was really surprised, because the receptionist was very friendly and communicated well.
