Our stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said "I don't think we are alone" and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do. The location of the hostel was fantastic. Hostel is at good location and view from room of trams and street is awesome. Hostel vibe is pretty cool. Definitely recommended.

Dear Reception. How can I get back my key deposit? I told to you I would check out 10PM in advance, but you had already left work. It was 9.50PM I wnet to reception. Let me know your plan

The place is an old building but the location is great.

Disappointed experience!!!! Zero soundproof, heater doesn’t work, ONE super tiny shower and toilet for 10+ people to share and no lift in a old apartment which the light at staircase shuts off in 30 secs. Will not come back and don’t recommend any one to stay here

Great location in the central of prague. The shared toilet is very clean and with a kitchen provided is definitely a plus point

At the center to all important touristic locations & sightseeing, as well as just a few steps metro & tram. Supermarket right there. Welcoming host. Clean beds & bathrooms, lockers for luggage safety. Trams outside can be a bit noisy, so make sure the windows are closed before you sleep, or better bring ear plugs with you.

No elevator so not so convenient for those who bring a larger luggage. The design of the room is quite interesting. The floor and bed are squeaky. One good thing abt this hostel is the well equipped individual kitchen.

Two super tiny toilets. Room is a bit dirty and very smelly. Reception and bar are super helpful. Check in would require deposit yet the deposit can only be returned by cash. Endroit au milieu de la ville mais on peut faire un effort pour la propreté !

Rien d'effrayant mais pas des plus agréable. La rue est plus moderne avec un mall, des librairies et des fast food, on s'éloigne du quartier trop touristique, sans être trop loin. Mais l'ensemble n'est pas très plaisant, le parquet est beau mais craque la nuit à chaque pas. La chambre dortoir était en face d'un carrefour de tramway, on les entend grincer même la nuit. Au final, bien pratique mais on peut trouver mieux.
