Ulasan EA Hotel Royal Esprit

Had issue with both trip.com and the hotel right up till a few days before the stay. Trip.com informed that hotel is not available and said I had to change just a week before the stay. However, the recommended alternative was further and I was asked to pay extra given the higher cost (as the stay is just 1 week away). I then initiated to check directly with the hotel to confirm the stay. The hotel then told me the stay is confirmed but trip.com insisted otherwise. All these took place for a few days and was only settled after many emails and calls while I was travelling in Europe. After finally getting to the hotel, I thought all would be good. I paid the hotel tax using cash and the change given by the hotel staff turned out to be unusable, defunct note. Am utterly disappointed by trip.com and the hotel for causing much distress to my trip and disturbed by the hotel staff's dishonest act. I followed up with an email to the hotel regarding the incident but there was no reply. Be extra careful when booking this hotel through trip.com.

Location is nice but the room itself are a little old.

我地第一晚間房令到我地全身發癢🥲 之後經trip.com協調下，酒店好nice幫我地換左房。換嘅第一間房係無窗簾😑第二間房就好好！ 點知最尾一日比我地發現張床有蜘蛛！😭同蜘蛛共枕咁多晚真係好崩潰 位置上近天文鐘等景點，都okay 啦

前台非常友善，地理位置非常好很靠近景點，房間還能看到火藥塔

酒店的地理位置優越，去哪裡都可以步行到達，性價比特別高。早餐種類多，餐廳幾位胖胖的大媽忙前忙後，工作非常敬業，我們大家為他們贊一下👍👍👍👍👍

Hotel położony w super miejscu na starówce 5 minut od zegara Orloj. Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Trafił nam się pokój z tarasem z przepięknym widokiem. Pokój czysty. Jedynym minusem jest dość wysoka wanna w łazience (z częściową osłoną na prysznic). Trudno było mi do niej wchodzić. Brakuje uchwytu którego można by się złapać. Będę polecać ten hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while visiting Prague with my family. I have no complaints about my experience; the location is perfect and within walking distance to major attractions. We only took transit to get to the castle grounds because we knew there would be a lot of walking that day. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom also appeared to be newly renovated. Perhaps what stood out to me the most was the breakfast buffet. I don't think I have ever stayed anywhere that provides such ample selection, which is especially important considering my gluten and dairy free diet. I was able to fill up every morning with a delicious array of breakfast foods. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again on my next visit!
