Ulasan Hotel Associa Shin-Yokohama (JR-Central Hotels)

Lokasinya sangat bagus, di mall lantai 10. Segala sesuatu di mall ini termasuk makanan dan minuman, dan Shinkansen ada di bawah. Meja depan hotel sangat baik. Seorang pria bernama Akizuka banyak membantu kami dan bahkan menemukan tas yang saya tinggalkan di toko di lantai bawah (ada banyak barang berharga seperti iPhone di dalam tas). Saya pasti akan kembali lagi nanti waktu Jika Anda ingin tinggal di sana lagi, saya sarankan semua orang untuk tinggal di sini!

This is the hotel I will definitely stay when need overnight at Shinyokohama. The hotel right in Shinyokohama station is very convenient, many shop & restaurants around by walking distance only. Room very quiet & cosy. Hotel got free drink bar so 👍🏻 Front desk staff can speak in English so easy us any enquiry 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again.

Very good location and lots of amenities surrounding. Have lounge for hotel guest to enjoy some drinks.

Convenient JR, Shops and restaurants downstairs The only down side is parking

Almost perfect hotel: the location, cleanness, and restaurants around there. One finding is that I couldn't find vending machines selling beer in the hotel.

The hotel is well-equipped with variety of facilities. However it is recommended that to increase the amount of washing machines to customers and socket hole to customers.

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. Centrally located, it provided easy access to local attractions. Though compact, the pool and lounge areas were inviting for relaxation. Minor hiccups, like slow Wi-Fi, were swiftly resolved. A fantastic value for money—highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking a hassle-free, pleasant experience!

Exceptional location. Located directly above the Shinyokohama Station, very convenient for business travelers, especially if you're arriving/departing by train. 5 min walk to Ramen Museum!!

Big room, very comfortable bed and pillows ; easy access to public transportation

Good location if you need to take Shinkansen for interstate travels. The room is cosy and comfortable.

The front desk is on 10th floor in the building , it is not very convenient if you take many luggage. There’s airport buses to HND

The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

Very good hotel, the room the service the location is great.

My room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.
