Very good location and lots of amenities surrounding. Have lounge for hotel guest to enjoy some drinks.

Almost perfect hotel: the location, cleanness, and restaurants around there. One finding is that I couldn't find vending machines selling beer in the hotel.

Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean, featuring modern amenities and cozy bedding. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day. Centrally located, it provided easy access to local attractions. Though compact, the pool and lounge areas were inviting for relaxation. Minor hiccups, like slow Wi-Fi, were swiftly resolved. A fantastic value for money—highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking a hassle-free, pleasant experience!

Exceptional location. Located directly above the Shinyokohama Station, very convenient for business travelers, especially if you're arriving/departing by train. 5 min walk to Ramen Museum!!

Good location if you need to take Shinkansen for interstate travels. The room is cosy and comfortable.

The front desk is on 10th floor in the building , it is not very convenient if you take many luggage. There’s airport buses to HND

The room was spacious. I feel that it is a very significant thing to say considering that the standard room size in Japanese cities are a lot smaller (or even half the size of the room at this hotel). The location is extremely convenient coming off a shinkanzen but I wish that the hotel description can be more specific about how to find it. Google Maps are not clear enough (It said - take exit 10 to the hotel. There is no exit 10.) For other travelers, the hotel is accessed by elevator inside the Shin-yokohama station entrance. Take that elevator to the 10th floor.

Very good hotel, the room the service the location is great.

My room faced the traffic so it was noisy when ambulance passed by. Air con was noisy after sometime too. Luckily the weather was cooling so I didn’t use it often. Senior staffs at the front desk were normally more helpful than others. Breakfast catered to mostly Asians so I had enjoyed it.

This is my first choice hotel when staying around the Shin Yokohama station. Hotel room is clean, the staff are very friendly. There is also a small lounge for drinking coffee and tea. Location is good, it is on top of the station and there are many stores in the building.

perfect hotel especially if you are catching shinkansen in few days. hotel is in department building top floor. bunch of restaurant in surroundings since its right in shin yokohama train station. we’d definitely stay here again for convenience!!

I love the location of this hotel, which is right above Shin-Yokohama station and on the 10th floor of a mall which houses usual popular stores like Uniqlo and Gu. Souvenir/food stores are in the mall and train station too. It also has a gym although I didn’t go check it out. There’s also a guest lounge for free coffee/tea/juices and newspapers which you can enjoy on the 12th floor. And this lounge has a nice view too of the streets below. Staff are friendly and helpful, although many are not proficient in English. I’m All in, I would stay here if I visit Yokohama again. I would also recommend this place to others (which I did!)

The hotel's location is really convenient. Rooms are of decent size, nothing like the small hotel rooms one usually sees in Japan. Hotel staff are also very nice and responsive.
