room too small and the mattress needs to change new

Worst hotel ever; the receptionist ask me to pay extra 30rm even that I showed her the invoice that I already paid extra for the tourist taxes online when I booked the room, she was insisting that they need money as trip don’t give them any money for that; the hotel is so old and dirty, holes in the roof, no towels; we booked for 2 single beds room but they gave as 1 bed room; no elevator we had to carry our heavy baggage to the 3rd floor by ourselves; very far from the beach 5km; we need to site on the stairs in the 2nd floor to catch some WiFi signal; NOT RECOMMENDED and NEVER BACK AGAIN.

The location is very close to the beach area, less than 5 minutes by car. There is a spacious parking area in front, spacious and safe. It is easy to find a place to eat, next to the hotel there is a tomyam restaurant open until 1 am, lively and many people eat there because it is delicious. Everything else is great, except that there are a few bath towels because they smell bad when used.

RM62.. The room is very small and has a musty smell. Even the street is difficult. The sound of the air conditioner is very loud. The shower pipe is leaking. Smelly pillow. I can't sleep. Sleep and wake up. Very different from the one in Seremban.

For a hotel, the basics must be met. This does not happen at Hotel Suria. Very slow water facilities in the bathroom, dirty mopped floors, terrible aircond. And a room covered in dust. Coupled with very slow internet coverage. What I am criticizing is not the demand for 5-star hotels. But the basic thing for a normal hotel to stay for a fee of RM60 should have all the basic necessities that are very important. Anyway, I won't recommend it to anyone except to find a place to sleep.
