Beautiful hotel with lots of flowers in the garden

An incredibly beautiful and atmospheric hotel in a very secluded location! Situated on a blooming villa on a hill, so the view of the mountains and plantations is beautiful, especially at sunset. The entire territory is covered with greenery, many common terraces with tables, a fireplace and other charming little things create a fairy tale atmosphere. The room is two-story, the interior of such a comfortable house in the mountains with cozy curtains, shutters, antique elements. The room has everything you need, toiletries, towels, a kettle, a hairdryer. The only downside is that it is quite cool at night, but the second blanket solved the problem. Also, the hot water in the shower quickly ran out, but overall it was enough. From the wishes: add robes, because it is cool to get out of the shower in the evening. The hotel employee was very caring, used a translator, helped with all requests, for which I thank him. I was lucky to book the hotel on weekdays and be in it almost alone, an indescribable atmosphere. I will be happy to come back here again.

The hotel is very interesting, it takes its surroundings and location first of all. Amazing view of the city from the hotel territory. It is not in the center, so you will have to go by taxi or bike for 10 minutes. But for us it was not a problem. The room gets cool at night, so thank you for the warm blanket. In terms of service - it looks more like an apartment than a hotel. Since no one came to us for 3 days, toilet paper and water ran out, the garbage was not changed. But as soon as we asked - they responded immediately, gave out paper, and in the evening upon returning to the room we noticed that the towels were changed. The boy at the reception is very nice and kind, a cutie, but does not speak English. We also did not really like the plumbing, it was problematic to get hot water from the shower, and the toilet was leaking, so there was water on the floor. But again, for us comfort is not as important as peace, a view of the city and surroundings.

It's a place where opinions will be divided. First of all, the staff's friendliness and response are very good. However, the location is quite ambiguous, and it was a bit difficult that there was no hot water.

The boss is very gentle and polite. The small homestay is well maintained. It's just a little cramped for people over 180cm tall. Overall it's good.

A house with a good view and a place that couples and women would like. It's clean, quiet, and good. Cons: It's far from the road to the accommodation. In Dalat, it's chilly at dawn on November 25th. No warm air conditioning. No TV available.
