The room was overpriced. I got charged more than what the site said. This property is way overpriced for what they offer. They are taking advantage of the influx of foreigners to bump up their prices and rake in more money. Very disappointing.

Everything went excellent, except that the rooms refrigerator is so loud, and the walls are thing where you can hear the water pipe system for other rooms, which can wake you up at night etc. other than that. Highly recommended place. Stunning view, cleaned, professional and great staff.

I got a up graded room. The guy at the front desk, i think his name is johnny speaks perfect emglish. Perfect no accent. Very helpful.

Hotel is nice. It was really clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are a little bit small if you plan to share it with more people (did not have much space and bathroom is not private at all). The breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of options. Hotel is close to malls, restaurants and bars.

Good location in Poblado and quiet. The free breakfast is ok. Most of the staff are friendly. They tried to charge me for items from the mini bar, which I didn’t use.

I don’t want to brag but this hotel is top notch and safety is 10/10. Would definitely be back the breakfast was amazing and the bar has the best drinks I’ve ever had non alcoholic

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Kudos to Jason at front desk- awesome guy! Rooms on top floor gives you amazing views! Hotel is convenient as all the local restaurants/bars and hang out spots/malls are 5-10 min cab rides and 10-15 min walk going south are other hang out spots such as bars, restaurants, nail spots, etc.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. The staff were so friendly. The location is perfect for walking to everything. As a solo traveller this was very important to me and I always felt safe wandering from here into Poblado. The buffet breakfast had a wonderful variety of Latin cuisine as well as continental options. I will definitely be back. Muchas Gracias por todo!
