Kamarnya besar dan bersih. Namun lokasinya kurang strategis bagi mereka yang tidak punya mobil. Lokasinya sangat jauh dari pusat kota, tidak ada restoran di sekitar. Suasananya sangat sepi. Saya memesan kamar dengan sarapan dan mereka bilang juru masaknya tidak tersedia. Jadi, mereka menyiapkan sarapan yang sangat mendasar, yaitu telur rebus dengan susu dan satu roti isi sayuran untuk setiap orang atas permintaan saya. Namun, saya sudah meminta mereka untuk mengganti sprei, tetapi mereka tidak menghiraukan dan kebersihan kamarnya juga sangat biasa saja. Namun, dengan harga ini, harganya cukup terjangkau.

The hotel offers an affordable stay with a friendly and helpful receptionist who promptly changed my room when the first one was dirty. However, the location is far from the city center, with no nearby restaurants or public transportation, making it inconvenient for travelers. Despite advertising breakfast, it was unavailable during my stay, and there were electricity outages for the first two days. While the price is good for those who prioritize budget over convenience, it may not be suitable for guests seeking basic amenities and a central location.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. A little bit far from Ubud center, but there’re many nice cafes nearby. Tasty and cheap breakfast 🥞 Actually no indoor swimming pool, was before, now it’s a part of the restaurant.

One of the worst experience. I recommend never to go to this hotel. the only advantage is that this hotel is near to the Shangahi Disneyland and it has free shuttle buss. 1. Water availability: There was no hot water available for 3 days and it was winter period. we didn’t even wash our self for entirely 3 days. 2. Room: The room pictures on this app is totally different than the actual room. We booked a room with a room with the closet but they gave us a room without the closet. we had to complain and change the room. 3. Room Temperature: The room temperature is worse, had to on the heating after entering the room. so everyday have to wait in cold until the room is warm enough. when we talked to the reception she said it’s like that in all the rooms. 4. Cleaning Service: There is a button to on for cleaning, but it seems that we have to inform the reception if we want to clean and that button is useless. After informing to clean also they clean the toilet only. 5. Room Amenities: Requested the reception for a fork/ spoon and they saifd it’s not available at the hotel. 6. Luggage Storage: Asked the receptionist to store the luggage after checkout until our departure time to airport. She asked the quantity of the luggage and said yes. Once we went downstairs, she said that the luggaes are too many any refuses to keep them, we had no other option so we kept the luggages in the dining area at our own risk. 7. Customer Service: There was one good receptionist, but the other one is extremely rude. doesnt even greet and is always angry

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the insufficient water temperature during those two days. Many hotels in Shanghai also experienced this phenomenon during those days. Our staff did not sleep for two nights to repair the equipment, but it still caused an impact on you. Please understand. In addition, the room pictures we have online are all real-life photos. The wall cabinet you mentioned in the photos is dilapidated due to its age. In October of this year, the entire second floor was renovated and replaced with new furniture, and the old cabinet was dismantled. But after you mentioned it, our staff promptly adjusted it to a room on the third floor with cabinets that had not been renovated. Regarding room temperature, Shanghai is a southern city that does not provide heating, and turning on air conditioning can also achieve a comfortable temperature for you. You initially booked a room for a week, but due to inconvenience caused by insufficient water temperature, you requested a full refund. It was already 4 pm on the same day, so the room fee for that day should not be refunded. Considering that we did not have enough water temperature in the previous two days, we apologize for the inconvenience and have already refunded the room fee for that day and the following days. This was a great hotel to visit Disneyland on a budget. The hotel was a 15 minute shuttle bus (provided by the hotel at no extra cost) and was in a quiet neighbourhood. In terms of Shanghai in general, it is a little far away from the other attractions, but I would recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Location is really close to Shanghai Disneyland which is the only advantage of this hotel. They also provide Disneyland shuttle service for pickup and drop. There are no restaurants in nearby.
