We usually stay at the Duva Hotel and apartments, the sister hotel complex on the same site but Duvahabit offered a cheaper option for our cycling group. Same Apartments as the two-bedroomed Duva Apartments and with two swimming pools which were nice and clean. There is a small cafe within which was barely used. Now, ... the apartments, as said have a lounge diner which can be used as two single beds for older children/teenagers but wouldn't recommend for adults. The kitchenette is basic but has fridge, hob and microwave. Not suitable for full meal preparation but fine for general snacks and light meals. Main bedroom has two single beds which were comfortable. Second bedroom is small but has a single bed with second pull out bed suitable for children or single adult. Decor was tired with bathroom door swollen as water was escaping from shower tray. Skirting board hanging off and deep gouges in living room flooring. Nice big balcony with table and chairs overlooking pool. General: Good location within 15 min walk of Eroski supermarket although there is a small convenience store over the road open until 9.30pm but which is pricey. Also the White Rose pub for food. Staff at complex were very helpful and polite. Recommended if not too fusy on decor as the Apartments do offer good value.

Loved our 3rd stay at the hotel this year. Staff as always were very friendly and helpful. Luciano was amazing with our youngest again and is a credit to the hotel. Fun entertainment planned throughout the day and evenings for both adults and kids. The bar and wait staff cannot do enough to make your stay as good as it can be.

+daily cleaning service, gym, activities for kids, basic pools, padel fields, plenty of sunchairs, free shuttle bus to port de Pollença -the rooms are a bit outdated, like the bathroom that looked a bit moldy with all the black spots. Kitchen was ok but not meant for extensive cooking but enough for breakfast. Two stoves, no oven. Plenty of plates etc.

Had a lovely stay, far cheaper than other apartments but still comfortable and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much for them, there is a very quiet back lane to walk into town. They also booked a cheap airport transfer for us, the facilities in the gym are good too.

We stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a 4 year old and a baby. There was enough room for all of us, the beds were comfy. The furniture seems pretty fresh, but overall the apartment is old, one can say from the room doors and windows. Anyway, that wasn’t a problem. We haven’t used AC, the apt was cool enough in the night and it was pretty quiet also. The room was cleaned every day except Sunday, everyone in the hotel was super nice and friendly. The swimming pools are warm and well maintained, there was a bathing area for the smaller children in both pools, which our boy enjoyed a lot. What he also loved were the mini discos run by Luciano. Luciano is an amazing animator, both kids and adults loved his games and entertainment. Real pro. We had a buffet breakfast in the hotel once — it was really good. Once we ate in the Girovolta restaurant — also very pleasant. Regarding the location — we were with a rental car and driving to the seaside wasn’t a problem. There always was enough parking space. Overall we had a great stay in Duva, would recommend for the families with children.

Cycling holiday, like so many, and this was perfect. Food, staff and facilities all set up perfectly for cycling. Pools are great, rooms spot on and staff all very clearly very experienced in dealing with hordes of MAMILS! We’ll be back as soon as we can!

Staff were polite and breakfast was good . The complex is looking quite tired and in need of a refurb . Air conditioning in the room was out of order,in fact the unit looked like it hadn’t worked for quite a while. The reception staff were made aware but unable to move rooms because of occupancy.

Hotel was very good ,staff members were very helpful to our every need. The slick operation to the bike hire was perfect and worked so well every day. The apartment was to our needs and found it very clean on our arrival. Three pools to choose from on the return from your daily ride. Would recommend this hotel
