Ulasan Hotel Lazaro

Even though it was expensive, the front desk was hard to get through on the phone, and the futon was as thin as a sheet. It was cold, so I asked them to bring me some towels, but they brought me some. Breakfast wasn't very good.

Environment: The room is very close to the road and very noisy. There was music playing non-stop in the corridor and I couldn't fall asleep. Facilities: The facilities are very bad, at the level of a domestic two-star hotel, no slippers, no toothbrushes provided, and the hot water temperature is very low Service: After arriving at the store, I was told that I would be charged based on the number of people. The total price per person was much more expensive than re-booking online.

The room is quite simple, with a lack of hangers and hooks. Looking out of the restaurant in the morning, the scenery is so beautiful!

The service was less than normal The room is big but when we asked for extra blunket the answer was no The breakfast was more than basic but if something is missing, the reply was not good.. For two days there was no tea at all.. waiting for the delivery

The room was clean and confortable, it is far from city center, the services are basic, the dinnig room is very small, we were a group of 40 persons and it was very croeded, the food that was servefd was of low in qtty and the taste was not as you expect from a turist hotel
