Apartamentos El Paseo

Having spent twelve wonderful days at the EL Paseo Apartamentos I can honestly say that from the moment of arrival to leaving the El Paseo our experience staying there certainly lived upto what other positive comments have said. The appartement we were allocated was large & spacious with two small'ish balconies of which one from leading out from the bedroom overlooking the main El Paseo entrance and street. While another larger balcony at the front with a superb Ocean view adjoined to the very well equipped living/ dining/ kitchen area. The kitchen was equipped with most everyday kitchen items though lacked a saucepan for cooking vegatables etc but not a big issue. A Coffee machine & kettle for use along with a well stocked kitchenware cups, saucers, plates, knives, forks etc. The fridge/ freezer was a large size while the electric hotplate & oven were ideal for self catering along with a decent size microwave. The bathroom was large & clean affording a decent large space Italian shower, wash basin & toilet, also hairdryer and Iron + Ironing board also in the appartement. The bed (there are two joined together) I found was very comfortable unlike other establishments I have stayed in and generally very calm despite being next to a small road. Only blip being either the lorry that pulls up early in the mornings for emptying the bins or street cleaning but such interruption is very brief and only heard if the bedroom balcony door is left open. The swimming pool area and pool itself were very well kept with the pool temperture certainly feeling warm @ around 25°C just like mentioned in the El Paseo Publicity Information. I should also point out that both balconies have lounge beds & dry clothes washing racks while a beach umbrella is available along with towels. The Cleaning Staff were very efficent & polite with a smile while fresh local bread delivered early morning everyday inside a cloth sac on the front door knob outside. All in all the El Paseo experience was certainly an enjoyable for my friend and I and definitely would return if appartements dates are available. The Paseo complex is situated very close to the main Maspalomas annexco II & Cita tourist centres with many shops, restaurant bars and such like. Bravo to all the Staff of the El Paeo Apartamentos Complex for offering this Client a wonderful holiday for which I hope oneday I will return. One final note which is not a critic is that the Complex does not seem to be handicap/ disabled friendly as a severly disabled wheelchair bound friend of mine would not beable to stay at the El Paseo with his family given there is no wheelchair ramp. Probably an unfair comment but needed to be said as handicap/disabled Clients should have the same right for acces & renting an appartement just like able bodied Clients

Spent two weeks here wow what service from Julia. A very lucky business to have her. Apartment was spacious. Clean even if it was a little dated We had ground floor. Would definitely have an higher floor in future. Did experience a few cockroach but no one fault. Cleaning was fab too. Area is ok but omg steps. Nothing to say negatively

Such a Great Experience; The Hotel is located right to the Paseo Costa Canaria; a lovely view down to the Beach of Playa del Ingles. We had an Ocean View on the top floor. The apartment included everything one needs, and the Staff is extremely helpful. No noises at night at all! Hasta luego!

A very clean, neat and well-equipped flat with everything you could possibly need for a stay, and probably quite a few things you never even thought of! The location is fantastic with a southeast-facing sea view from the main balcony (there are two), the beach close by (via steps, if this is an accessibility issue) and numerous restaurants and shops within a short walk. The apartment block has its own pool and laundry, as well as very helpful and friendly staff. The only (small) issue I had was that it is within earshot of the beach bars, so there is noise in the evenings - including one night an Elvis impersonator belting it out! However, in the main bedroom (on the opposite side to the beach) the noise is all but inaudible if the balcony door is closed, and while we were there it all stopped by 11:30 anyway. Nearby hotels like the Gold do coach pickups for island tours, so even if you don't hire a car you are not limited to Playa Des Ingles. In all, a very good, comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We recently had a four night stay at El Paseo Apartments which we thoroughly enjoyed.We booked direct having read the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and they were all correct.Communication with Julia was first class and we arranged a direct transfer from the Airport to the apartment in a lovely Mercedes (felt like film stars !) Upon arrival Julia gave us a quick tour of the first floor apartment (the sea view are spectacular) and explained how everything worked Etc. Mrs Letsbe was more than delighted with the apartment and we would definitely return in the future.. Playa Del Ingles is what it is a very large hotel / apartment based resort with plentiful bars and restaurants with a lovely beachfront promenade.We went to Ricky’s Cabaret Bar (certainly outside my normal comfort zone) on our last night - what a show the sight of “Drag with no name” being crowd surfed into the nearby Burger King was absolutely hysterical. .We also visited Meloneras (very upmarket resort) - Meloneras Playa (15 minutes up the promenade from Melon-eras - lovely quiet beach area with nice restaurants. Local bus services are exceptionally good and taxis very reasonably priced. Overall a lovely stay with very nice people in an apartment with superb sea views.

Wir hatten ein Apartment (Nr. 16) in der 1. Etage mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Dünen und Atlantik. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bis herzlich (Reinigungskraft). Das Apartment ausreichend groß.Die dazugehörige Küche mit allen Gegenständen ausgestattet, welche man für einen Selbstverpflegungsurlaub eventuell benötigt.Morgens hängt immer ein Beutel mit Brötchen an der Tür, welche vom Hotel "gesponsert" werden. Nur der Duschbereich im Bad verlangt ein diszipliniertes Duschen, sonst flutet man das ganze Badezimmer. Zwei große Balkone. Wir können die Anlage auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
