The exterior of the hotel was amazing, but on the inside, there would some things that could be improved, for ex: actual shower towels, not disposable ones, the mattress could be thicker, etc.

Second, about the mattress, it is of medium firmness. Third, I don't think you intentionally left a negative review. It might be because you didn't check out, which led to this review. However, we did accept your request to check out, but you never applied. I tried calling you but couldn't reach you. Since you are a Romanian guest, there were indeed some communication difficulties due to language barriers. Additionally, you left the key directly after the check-out time of 16:00 p.m. I hope you can apply for check-out when you see this.

This inn is really a dream: it is in a historical building and everything is really traditional. Staff is really kind and helpful, the only flaw is that it is really difficult to contact them in advance. I would have preferred some exchange via trip.com messages or wechat, but I did not receive any answer. Of course there is a phone number, but if you don't speak Chinese it is quite useless. :) Anyway, service when we were on the spot was perfect. We received lots of information about the visit of Pingyao, discounts for massages and restaurants, and they also provided a transfer to the taxi area on our last morning. So overall my review is positive. I really recommend this place!

Lit à tradition locale dur . Surface de chambre petite. Chambre silencieuse. Pas de pare douche avec cuvette w.c dans la salle de bain. Personnel avenant.

位於古城內接近北門附近的巷子裡，位置尚可。離店退房時老闆會免費叫車送至古城出口(城內汽車一般是不出城的)，且贈送一瓶老陳醋，很棒的服務(當天下著雨)。古宅內的房間、設施完善也改裝得很舒適。走路不遠就有幾家知名且美味的山西風味的中餐館。早餐較為簡單。總之，性價比很高。

去山西行最後到的平遙，沒到民宿的老闆就打電話給我確定時間，告訴我高鐵下來搭多少錢然後在古城北門下車，然後他會過來接我們。到了後，老闆是個高大帥小夥，幫忙搬行李。民宿很有特色，漂亮乾淨。老闆送我們地圖，把所有的景點線路和先後順序都標出來，告訴我們注意事項。特別的細心，感受很好。大炕睡得很舒服，房間不大但是乾淨衞生，沒有難聞的味道，也很安靜。位置是裏面的車能搭到的地方，離步行街也不遠。早上大家在院子裏吃早餐，老闆媽媽一直都是笑容滿面，特別好，雖然講的平遙話我們聽不大懂，但是她會很細緻的告訴我們注意事項。走的時候還幫我們想好了，送行李給我們，還送了一瓶醋。

絕對的15星好評，雖然是客棧，但是服務不亞於酒店，我們買的晚上7點半的車票太原出發，9點到平遙站，提前一天和老闆小哥哥説了，老闆小哥哥親自開着拉風的小車到火車站接我們，妥妥的踏實，到了客棧幫我們拿行李上樓，耐心的講解古城怎麼玩兒，給我們地圖，畫出來，到了房間絕對的驚喜，平遙土炕特別符合我這腰不好的人，住了三天，超級舒服，而且隨發訊息隨解決問題，客棧有包車服務，包車的小哥哥也服務特別好，不漫天要價，妥妥的帶着我們玩兒了常家莊園，鎮國寺，雙林寺，還幫我們規劃玩兒的時間，猶豫我們火車票是晚上7點的，小哥哥5點帶我們逛完雙林寺，想方設法的節省我們在火車站的等待時間，帶我們去又見平遙的會議中心前看了一張特別精彩的表演，讓我們的山西行圓滿的畫上了句號。客棧服務齊全不衹有包車服務，還能拼車，價錢合理，客棧上車，不讓你走冤枉路小哥哥還有各種特色菜優惠券給我們，讓我們吃到了地道的山西菜，早餐的素包子有韭菜餡和茴香餡，還有純肉的，超級好吃，雖然簡單，但是解決我們吃早點的問題。客棧是連鎖店，在北門處還有一店，環境也很好，而且有旅拍業務，價錢很合理，而且給了我們最大優惠，攝影師很專業，絕對不踩雷。酒店還能幫忙訂《又見平遙》的票，有折扣，還送了魚療的票，總之服務太周到了，這次是我旅遊中最好的一次體驗，下次來平遙還會住他家。

老闆小夥子專門來北門接，退房後可以免費寄存行李，並且還把行李箱送來。服務很周到，還有早餐。退房後還給了瓶山西老陳醋。環境不錯，很有風格。晚上開燈後氛圍感很足。白天拍照也很出片。

設施：房間很漂亮，願意也很漂亮，從停車場接進來，我我就喜歡不得了這裏， 老闆是有求必應，真的特別好説話，特別老實的一家人。我和老公，下樓吃個飯就臨時開車了5個時來平遙.太匆忙沒有任何攻略，到了後下了大暴雨。我們沒課雨傘拖鞋冒雨逛街，又是不一樣的體驗。民宿在古城裡麪。去哪裡都方便的很，還租了一個電動車🤫30一天，太划算了。總之很好的體驗，很漂亮的民宿

酒店在古城裡麪，距離日升昌等景點很近，遊玩很方便，出門走路就可以進入步行街。酒店提供接送【城門口】，方便打車出行。酒店提供遊玩地圖並告知遊玩路線，離開時還送了一瓶醋。大炕空間大，三人住有富餘。客棧古風古韻，很適合拍照打卡。

位置於古城區內，往景點各方向很便利，房間內的設備太簡便了，沒有茶杯飲水很不方便，問主人才知道必須自己要求才给紙杯呢！但是主人很大方的接送我們去火車站非常感謝！

我們自駕遊一個多月了，我訂房多，訂房時也會費時去考量質優舒適價格相對可以接受或優惠的房間！這個田馨苑客棧在景區內，走七，八分鐘就到主街道了，房間古色古香，卧具乾淨舒適！重點是小老闆真的是熱情好客，一路唱着歡快的歌曲接送客人，讓我們的行程充滿歡樂，到店後又熱情解答我們的各種問答！根據我們的時間幫我們規劃合理的平遙出遊計劃行程！第二天根據住客出行時間送來可口的早餐！一路走來，這是我最想認真要説一下的民宿！什麼都不説了，真的是發自內心的上一波圖！另外，小老闆推薦離店不到一百米的飯莊菜品，真的是太好吃了！是近期吃的最可口的飯菜！推薦，必須推薦！！還有他家紅棗香醋，喝一口對長時間開車疲憊的我們，真的太提神開胃啦！
