Ulasan Premier Inn London City (Old Street)

The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Staff named Aleks was extremely rude, giving a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Check-in was okay, I was surprised that IDs were not even asked during the process. The room is okay, a little bit outdated. Amenities are not the best, shower gel is non existent, it was watered down. There were some plastic trash under the bed, it made me question their cleanings. Location wise, it was great, close to public transport and restaurants. It was overall an okay experience, but probably won't come back for a second time.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

房間有king size 床，非常衛生舒適。旁邊還有沙發，茶水區，梳妝台，每個區域都設有枱面，放好的護膚品化妝品也不會放來放去，用起來很順手。

沒有小冰箱，外面是建築工地，有噪音

位子很好，房間比想像的大。但沒有其他的服務，沒有冰箱、沒有冰塊等

位置離地鐵很近，生活非常便利

I've stayed several time at this hotel, but the last trip was awful. No wifi for three days, so no work able to be done, meetings went haywire. Complained but told to fill in an online form. No cold water in the shower, scalded, the unit was refitted, but who screws the cold water tap closed? The office chair in this Premium Room was falling apart, plastic covering peeling away, really seedy. Stains on the floor. Told off for sitting down at breakfast after waiting a long time to be seated. Then told off for asking for a knife and fork. I appreciate you need to be seated at set tables, but you do not need to be spoken to in a condescending manner or with such arrogant attitude.

Staff very good, check in was easy, but no early check in was inconvenient, Breakfast was excellent. Room were good. Mattress was excellent but pillows were too hard. Noise of external fan was slightly disturbing. No car park is a big minus.

Hotel was easy to find and close to the tub station. Alex greeted us on reception, bubbly and friendly. We managed to check in early, he was super helpful and made us feel very welcome. Wished me happy birthday & we will definitely stay again due to Alex’s warm reception

We got back at 11pm and hoped to chill and watch tv. The tv channels weren't available and we couldn't even watch on my phone as the wifi was down. We went for 'deluxe' and we didn't feel this was worth it. We only had one bath towel for two of us. A disappointing experience. Unless, someone from Premier Inn reaches out to us, we will not be returning

Standards at this hotel are really poor. The maid just straightens the duvet and does not make the bed correctly therefore you have to do it yourself. Security is non existent with doors to the corridors left unlocked. You constantly have to request breakfast items to be replenished so easier and cheaper to go elsewhere for breakfast. Staff do not seem to know the reason for hygiene and gloves are not worn by them when handling food. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many.
