The location is good and there are manu restaurants around. The room is spacious but the bed is small. The bed mattress is not comfortable and the blanket is too thick for this weather.

Staff named Aleks was extremely rude, giving a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Check-in was okay, I was surprised that IDs were not even asked during the process. The room is okay, a little bit outdated. Amenities are not the best, shower gel is non existent, it was watered down. There were some plastic trash under the bed, it made me question their cleanings. Location wise, it was great, close to public transport and restaurants. It was overall an okay experience, but probably won't come back for a second time.

Stayed in a premier plus room on this occasion and was very happy with it. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and quiet and shower was great. Walking distance to loads of great places and convenient to transport of you need it.

位置離地鐵很近，生活非常便利

We’ve stayed at a fair few Premier Inns over time and this one isn’t the best I’m afraid. We stay here purely as my husband is having treatment at Moorfields Eye Hospital and on a positive note this is a very convenient place to stay if you need to go there! Personally we wouldn’t choose to stay in this area of London otherwise. I certainly don’t think this area of London is safe, particularly for women. Having been woken by some altercation and screeching at 3.00am in the street I googled to see if anything had been reported and instead came across the crime figures for the area which believe me are not good! Back to the hotel itself, I would like to emphasise that the staff here in the hotel are lovely, very friendly and helpful. They have apparently dispensed with the security man who used to sit by the front desk which seems a bit strange in the circumstances, but you cannot access the upstairs unless you have a keycard so that’s something. The building facing our room (we were on the second floor) has a large amount of scaffolding up it so some major work is being carried out with the associated noise during the day. The bedroom is as standard and was clean to be fair. The carpets in the building and bedroom however look like they could do with a good clean. There are tourist leaflets information holders in the lift area but these are empty, dirty and broken . All signs of decline. Why not just remove them if they are not going to be used?! There was an issue with the plug being stuck in the sink in the bathroom in our room but on visiting reception my husband returned with a knife and fork and managed to get it out of the plug hole!! There was also a crack in bathroom sink. We were told when we went down to have dinner in the restaurant at 6.00pm that they were fully booked but we should be able to be squeezed in in half an hour. We sat and waited as we were very tired having travelled up from Cornwall that morning. We were called over after about 20minutes and we were seated. The weird thing was the restaurant area was more than half empty when we arrived and stayed that way until we left! I rather suspect that they only want a limited amount of people eating at any one time, probably due to a shortage of staff. It appeared that staff who were there were having to run around doing several jobs. The heating didn’t appear to be on either, people sitting at tables in the bar had their coats on and when I ate my dinner I was glad I had my thermal vest and jumper on! Both of the radiators I felt in the bar area and the dining area were stone cold which is not great in January! Having said that the Dinner was good and filling as was the breakfast the next morning, although the coffee for some reason comes out of the machine luke warm!! When we asked for either decaffeinated tea or coffee sachets to take back to our room (tea/coffee sachets are kept at reception) we were told they hadn’t restocked for some time. To give him

Excellent location, good fast check in and check out, great intelligent fast lifts, breakfast was probably the best buffet breakfast in a hotel I've ever had ! Nice pub next door Room was large as was the bed Shower was lovely and hot and a great shower head. I've no criticism of this and so close to the tube

Just arrived back from a lovely stay at this hotel. The premier plus room was lovely - nice and clean, very comfy bed with great facilities and the purple mood lighting was a vibe! Great location too, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice staff. Clean room apart from bathroom bin not emptied from previous guest. Wasn't given 'Ultimate' WiFi code at check-in and had to ask for it in the evening but didn't work. Not enough towels for number of guests booked. No free water in fridge (supply issues) but not told at check-in. Good breakfast.
