I booked a room at this hotel because of the wonderful reviews. My experience was way different! The staff gave the minimal amount of customer service to me. Laurie Moyer, the front desk clerk, was eating in the lobby between customers at the time of my check-in. I (accidently) smashed my nose when I swam in the pool and when I reported the incident, a different front desk clerk did not even ask me if I was okay! I do not remember her name. When I left to get some food, broken glass and rubble from construction were scattered in the walkway. The hazards were still there when I checked-out of the establishment. There was not any parking available in the back of the hotel because machinery and storage units took up the spaces. Moldy and badly bruised fruit were the special of the day for breakfast! Wallpaper is coming loose from the wall in the hallway on the first floor. There is a cat colony of thirty or more felines whom reside next to the establishment. Bring some cat food for your first or next visit!
