Too many steep steps to the rooms room was clean. Staff was helpful good location. 

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The location was just perfect! Walking distance to the beach and 30 seconds away from a 7 eleven. The only issue we had was with the booking. We had been booked into one room for two nights and then another room for the third night. We said this was fine. We were told we had to leave our luggage just in reception in the morning, so we did. However, coming back to the hotel in the evening we had been put back into the same room and our luggage had been put in our room but the door was left wide open, with our luggage in full view. Apart from this everyone was all very friendly. There wasn’t always someone on reception which sometimes made it difficult when we needed to contact someone we just had to call them. Otherwise a great trip and great location! We went to the elephant jungle sanctuary and got a bolt there and would highly recommend and spent the afternoon in Patong!

Excellent customer services from the Reception young lady who checked us in and out. The Family Room we got is 204 on 2nd floor having 1 large bed and 2 bunk beds. They don’t have elevator. We walked up the roof top to view the beach. They are renovating the Lobby so cats are living in Pa Tong. We can refill water in the Lobby with no extra charge. The kitchen zone has a bench to sit and smoke but no microwave. The floor and artificial grass at kitchen area need better cleaning as there are sands. Room has a kettle and instant coffee. Very powerful hot shower. Aircon works well but flows directly to the bunk beds so those who sleep there are freezing while those on the large beds still feel warm. Room has some wears and tears and curtains need to be washed. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby with dine-in facilities on the 2nd floor. Overall we like this large room and we enjoy our stay.

The hotel is very close to the beach, nice location. It’s good for budget travelers.

The location is great so are the cats. Unfortunately there is a very bad smell coming in from the sink in the bathroom.

Lovely room, clean, really close to the beach. Next to night market with loud singers but you don't hear it with the window closed.

У нас был семейный номер. Есть все, вплоть до фена, микроволновки, чайника, холодильника. Удобное расположение, море через дорогу. Внизу котики. Дети были в восторге.

+ Нет дебильных депозитов + чистота + не экономят на бумаге, хорошее мыло и шампунь , дорогие и чистые простыни + в моем номере был чайник и СВЧ + у меня был балкончик и вид на горы + тишина, авто и соседей не слышал + помогли с переносом чемодана вверх на 4 этаж + рядом большой магазин типа супермаркет и пляж тоже прям рядом + хороший новый кондиционер - чайник поменять бы на приличный - полотенце для рук не сильно гигроскопично, но зато красивое) Ещё готов приехать!

Вообщем выбирала отель по прекрасным отзывам😏не знаю, либо люди лучше никогда ничего не видели, либо отзывы фальшивые. - гостиница больше напоминает хостел, с отдельными комнатами. Ни территории, ни нормального ресепшена. - номер с тонкими дверьми и окнами, соотвественно шум с улицы потому, что впритык дорога и очень слышно все что за дверью. - негде сушить белье, бестолковый балкон с непонятно для чего сделанной странной скамейкой и раковиной😖 - смыв в унитазе как в древние времена, все набирается в воронку потом сливается, при повороте ручки на бачке унитаза. - душ брызжет во все стороны, отрегулировать невозможно, на потолке плесень, вытяжку вообще видимо никогда не чистили. - ждали уборку, в итоге только при выезде заметили, что есть объявление на стене перед входом в номер, что если убраться надо вещать табличку. - раковина в номере в огромных трещинах, разбита, что небезопасно. - утюга нет в отеле. - распиаренное кафе с кошками, там не только есть, туда даже зайти в помещение невозможно, вонь до 3-го этажа.э😖 Из плюсов: + море через дорогу, рядом + магазин 7even рядом + помог занести чемоданы в номер Возвращаться бы туда я точно не стала, даже бесплатно. Хорошо, что брали на пару суток, уехали бы раньше тариф невозвратный.
