Ini hotel yang sangat buruk. Saya belum pernah menginap di tempat seburuk ini. Kotor dari pintu masuk hotel hingga kamar tidur dan tidak ada air minum. Handuknya busuk dan hitam. Membawa handuk baru juga tidak ada bedanya.

Ini adalah hotel terburuk yang pernah ada!!!! Kotoran !!!! Debu !!! Check in terlambat!!!! Wanita kasar saat check-in!!!! Bau sekali!!! Mereka mengebor pada pukul 2-3-4 pagi, melakukan perbaikan - sungguh buruk!!!! Handuknya berlubang-lubang, bahkan saya tidak bisa menyeka kaki saya!!! Tidak cocok untuk menginap meskipun hanya 1 hari!!!!

Kamarnya besar dan luas Disitulah sisi positifnya berakhir. Admin wanita itu mengira Anda berutang uang kepadanya. Check in tepat setelah pukul 14:00 (tepatnya pukul 14:25) Wastafel rusak, lampu hias dindingnya cuma lampu sorot. Kasurnya keras. Seprei itu kotor. Sarung bantal dan handuknya bau, dan jika Anda ingin handuk baru, Anda hanya bisa mendapatkannya setelah pukul 5:00 sore. Kamar dibersihkan atas permintaan, tetapi mereka tidak menginginkannya! Pendek kata, sampai Anda menginterogasi saya... Bank itu memiliki pintu keluar ke jalan yang bising di mana terdapat pula tempat pembuangan sampah, dan pada siang hari terik matahari dan bau busuknya.

Pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan dan nyaman! Tenang dan santai, dengan pemandangan perbukitan hijau mistis setelah hujan! Cocok untuk bekerja jarak jauh juga. Saya menikmatinya.

Bagus! Sangat puas dengan hotelnya. Meskipun jumlah orang di luar musim lebih sedikit, tidak ada kekurangan apa pun dan layanannya luar biasa

The hotel is terrible. The receptionist woman is very rude and never helpful. From the first entrance to the reception, you understand that the hotel is terrible. The staff, except the night receptionist, are indifferent. The sheets in the room were not changed, they were all stained, the towels were stained and there was earwax. When we told the lady at the reception, she said they were all stained and laughed. We asked her to change them and she said they would clean them every 3 days. We had to go down 4 floors and buy the missing items in the room ourselves because it was not being renovated. I don't understand how you got a good rating. Definitely do not choose it.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff didn’t want to clean when I pointed out stains on the linen. Her excuse was that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. On the 3rd day my room was still dirty! The NEW linen still had stains. There was mold on the walls and the base boards were falling off!! Worst hotel ever I checked out early because it was so unclean. Save your money and find a place that actually cares. I tried to ask for a refund since I was checking out early and was denied. The hotel lied and said that the rooms were clean and I had no reason to check out early. I posted the same photos for proof AND my daughter was bitten by bedbugs. Her ENTIRE arm had red bumps along it and no one cared! Can’t believe this place

Location was okay, very noisy hotel, stayed for 8 days never had my room cleaned, I had to buy toilet paper. No shower curtain so the bathroom always got wet. The tap In the sink didn’t work. Not a very pleasant stay

The most baddest hotel i have seen in my life entire life travel reception was so bad behavior was so rude we arrive at hotel aprox 11 am and i had submitted-the request for early check inn but when we arrive they said we are full so have to wait until check out time i had long drive for 7 hrs i was tired and i was asking if there is some extra charges for early check in i can pay i dont have any problem but they said we are full 12 o clock peoples will check out then we will give you key after we prepare but this we understand very well. So we wait but until 1 : 30 we check there are so many room but they dont want to let us checkinn and i sleep on sofa in lobby on 1 : 50 pm i ask please now atleast give me the key we need to take rest we are tired but they said there is still 10 minutes i will give you the key when my hotel watch become 2 o clock that make me so angry and she said you need to take key even before 10 minutes you have to pay extra for early check in so if she already have room why she did not give the key to us and dont even understand that peoples are coming here they are tired they need rest before i was reasy to pay extra why did not she give me the key And now another story after we get the key reception said we will not get the towel we will provide you the towel at 5 pm *** was that i dont understand it means even we get the key we are not able to get fresh and rest. And we entered the room bed sheet was dirty and evening 5pm when some one come to give the towel they did not even knocked the door they just open the door with there spare key and enter to keep the towel that was the most ******* insane moment we husband and wife travel to there and we can be in any condition how can they just walk into a room and also when we got the towel it was so dirty that we not even able to use I am booking my flights hotel everything from TRIP. Com i cancel the as well because i was so frustrated with hotel but no one listen my any request. So please dont show this hotel on your platform my trip got ruined i dont want some one also got ruined because of this one
