Hotel staff responsive with Chinese only. Not understanding other language. Food street nearby

Hotel is clean and location is good. Walking distance to food.and Line 4 metro.

Great locations and great value for your money. Very good location and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. You can walk and discover the neighborhood that it's very authentic and people is super nice.

Amazing location next to railway station 10mn walk amd 4mn walk fm metro station. Super clean hotel. Good heating, and amazing bathroom. Overall very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the staff at the reception they are amazing. Super helpful. Thank you for the lady who helped me book my visit to the mausoleum. I would recommend everyone that hotel. Thank you ctrip.

+convenient location next to subway and railway station +24h desk +price +friendly staff +free luggage storage -smoking is allowed((( therefore my room smelled badly. And it doesn’t have a window(((

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is located inside the old city walls and very close to the metro so you can easily reach the sights in Xi’an. There are also quite a few restaurants and a supermarket in the area. The room was great, it was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice and clean bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful though they didn’t speak English. Overall a great stay and very good value for money. We’d love to stay here next time we visit Xi’an.

The rooms I booked are economical as the windows are facing hotel corridor, which I didn't mind. Excellent and helpful front office staff as they help me store my bi cycle box on Level 7 as I visited Huashan. They also assisted me with push cart to the Airport SHUTTLE Bus. Top class service and great value. Very clean rooms.

Very good location close to down town and metro stion just less than 5 minutes , many small food and grocery stores near by.

Great location near 2 metro lines, very easy to reach all points of the inner city! Room was clean. The door was not very soundproof.

Except that the room is a bit hard to find and the soundproofing is not very good, everything else is very good. The room is large and clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a window but it is not by the road so it is not noisy, the room is cleaned every day, and you can check out late until 14:00

The hotel has sufficient hot water, independent air conditioning, and provides free self-service laundry service and parking. When you check out, you can ask for a parking coupon at the front desk for free. It is of high quality, quiet, comfortable and cost-effective. It is a good place for every business traveler. Everyone is welcome to come and experience it. Hotel location: Located at Wulukou Subway Station Line 1 Exit D, walk north (towards the train station), walk 50 meters to the first alley (East Sixth Road), turn right (east), and you will reach the hotel after 100 meters.

The room is very clean and upgraded to a window room. It would be better if the window could be opened a little wider to increase the natural wind. The bathroom can be equipped with a disposable toilet seat to reflect humanization.
