Ulasan Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

We are very happy during our stay here. We all felt 2 nights was not enough….should stay longer….special thanks to one of managers in Vinpearl resort and Spa, Mia and the staff who served us for BBQ dinner in our villa. Make our night wonderful.

The location was further up in the north but the facilities is well maintained and abundance in space. This is what a resort should be like! Windy, spacious. Though, there could have been more beach/hotel activities. The complimentary airport pick up and safari tickets was a nice touch! We enjoyed the free shuttle around grand world, safari and Vinwonders.

Overall is good but the staff attitude. The buggy need to paid to go anywhere. Even same hotel and you need to paid for it.

Stayed in Coral wing, the room is very spacious. The front desk is very helpful and try their best to converse in English. The shuttle bus is super on-time and convenient to bring you the important places within the vicinity. Eg. Grand World, VinWorld, Vin Safari.

Wonderful beach, helpful staff My wife recommend the spa service in the hotel with 20% discount Hotel provides shutter bus services to popular locations. It saves money. Hotel is close to the Vinwonder. It saves time However, the selection of restaurants in the hotel is limited and you don't have too many choice

V good customer services, clean, comfortable room, great sea view, beach and pool. Complimentary shuttle bus services to and from airport 👍🏻 Also great to have complimentary Safari tickets and shuttle bus services to different spots e.g VirWonder, WinWorld, Safari 👍🏻🎈 Highly recommended!

It was a fabulous atmosphere and service Highly recommended to be your choice to staying during yr trip to phu quoc It’s close to safari park and venwonders There is free a bus 🚌 ,also, buggy which is necessary to book it through a reception .

We had a very pleasant stay at Vinpearl Resort. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Our hotel room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool and beach areas were large and well-maintained. A small but thoughtful gesture was that the resort provided three balls for us to play with in the swimming pool—this was a big hit with the kids! The kids’ playroom offered some engaging activities that kept our little ones entertained. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. While we didn’t get their names, we noticed that some staff members were especially attentive and welcoming, which added to the experience. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip, Vinpearl definitely gave us the best staycation vibe, with the pool, beach, and theme park all conveniently nearby. The free shuttle bus service was very helpful, although it’s worth noting that the bus tends to leave exactly on schedule (sometimes even within a minute), so it’s easy to miss it and end up needing to book a Grab instead. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again!

Located close to Vinpearl Safari, GrandWorld and Vinwonders. Half hourly free shuttle bus to these places which makes it very convenient. Hotel compound is big with swimming pool. Room though decor is a bit dated but is very clean, Hotel breakfast has a good variety and plenty of spaces to sit. Will recommend to stay here if want to visit above places.

My wife got diarrhea and I got bad stomach and fever after we ate food from the hotel. In the last 24 hours we only consume food from the hotel including breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and BBQ party. I suspect it was because the seafoods of the BBQ party were set in outdoor areas for too long and without any coverages . The temperatures were about 30 degrees before the BBQ party started. Everything was perfect until my wife and I got ill.

One of the best hotels that we stayed in phu quoc, the villa was clean spacious, has great views and the pool was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. I visited spa and fitness centers nothing to complain overall great experience will be staying there again

all the services were good. really suitable for family. breakfast seemed to have less choice. we were really happy.

Vinpearl was pleasure for staying 7 days. There was lot of activities for guests.

On arrival no one is greeting , rooms feels very old, toilet cannot flush, exhaust doesn’t work and the water in the shower came out of the glass gaps.
