Hotel ini kekurangan staf, yang membuat check-in dan check-out sangat lambat. Ruangan itu kotor di banyak tempat. Beberapa fasilitas kamar rusak (tv tidak berfungsi, lemari pakaian rusak, telepon meja rusak, dll.). Dan yang paling penting, di Trip.com diklaim ada air panas 24 jam tapi BELUM ada sama sekali dan ketika ditanya ke staf, responnya acak rusak di beberapa kamar. Saya memesan kamar hotel tidak membeli lotere! periksa kondisi semua kamar! jangan membuat alasan bodoh seperti itu!

The room is spacious and has an outdoor balcony complete with table and chairs. Great for a relaxing dinner overlooking the busy Phnom Penh streets below. There is a huge bath tub, which in my opinion is the best so far, solely due to it being made to look like granite. The bottom is rough and non slippery. Air-conditioning placement is great too.

I really liked the design of the rooms . Nothing like I've seen before . The staff was kind and helpful , it was cheap and affordable. Located near the city center it was great. The only negative was no parking

The room had no bathroom, contrary to what was advertised. Also no shampoo was provided in the room. There were also black marks inside the shower that appeared to be mould. The balcony was also much smaller than the photographs suggested. Overall the room was not as described and cleanliness was lacking. The location, however, was good and the staff were friendly. Not unpleasant but not great and certainly not as described.

Lovely rustic setting, surrounded by very traditional Cambodian feel. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. The rooftop pool is beautiful

Good value for money hotel near Bassac street. Friendly service. It’s pretty basic hotel with pool in fair condition on top floor. Close to some very good bars and restaurants and tourist sites.
