Ulasan Phi Phi Cliff Beach Resort

Kamarnya besar, tapi tempat tidurnya kecil. Letaknya di pinggir pantai, tapi jaraknya hanya sepuluh menit berjalan kaki. Tenang. Setelah menginap dua malam, kolam renang pada dasarnya tidak ada gunanya, namun pemandangan dari kolam renang masih sangat bagus. Saya tidak melihat satu pun monyet🐒, tapi saya merekomendasikan Pulau Monyet. Monyet merangkak di tebing dan di pantai, yang berbeda dari yang saya harapkan. Staf akan membantu Anda membawa barang bawaan Anda di dalam dan di luar pulau, dan itu luar biasa!

Fasilitas bagus, lokasi sangat indah, tapi sayang saya datang saat peak season. Hampir setiap hari turun hujan.

Layanannya tidak bisa lebih buruk lagi. Semua informasi kontak hotel belum diperbarui. Saya mencari tiga nomor telepon, menambahkan WhatsApp, messenger dan menulis email, tetapi tidak ada cara untuk menghubungi saya. Saya menghubungi layanan pelanggan Trip tetapi tidak dapat menghubungi saya dan memberi tahu saya bahwa mereka tidak dapat melakukan apa pun. Saya hampir ketinggalan kapal feri pulang karena saya tidak punya waktu untuk mengambil barang bawaan saya.

Pemandangannya cukup bagus dan tidak ada monyet yang mengganggu Anda.

Lovely hotel in an idea location, away from the night time noice of Phi Phi and on the beach with stunning views and lovely floral arrangement around the hotel

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful pool. The location is nice as right on the beach but a bit far from main area.

This could have been a nice hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good location. However, all of this was ruined by a horrible experience with rats crawling in the roof. The first night when we went to bed, they were very active, running across the roof at several times during the night. We were terrified that they would show up in our room at some point. Did not believe they were rats at first, but after reading reviews with similar experiences we are 100% sure. I would have picked a generally shittier hotel without rats than this beautiful and nice hotel with the rats.

Room was fine. A Little Dirty in corners. Otherwise Fine. It’s in a good area of Phi Phi if You’re not looking for Parties in Front of your Hotel.

Our worst experience staying in this resort. - Room assigned was at level 3 instead of level 4 or 5 - first room 3016 assigned, we saw rats running in the ceiling - demand to change room from the reception but we as reluctant in the initial - Room was changed to 3013 but the first, two nights can hear dragging of chairs and talking from above even at 1am in our room. - Things get worst, the third and fourth nights we can hear guys singing and talking in the room loudly from 11pm till 4am - the sound resistance within room are very poor and if you’re light sleepy, please avoid this hotel - the front desk ladies were not helpful and can only communicate simply English. - feedback to the front desk ladies the next day on few occasions about the noise in the middle of the night but nothing was done. - during the last day check-out, we feedback to the front desk supervisor about our encountered and sleepless night due to the noise and was told we could report to the security instead This hotel really ruin our holiday with the sleepless night encountered.

Thank you very much to the boss 🙏🏻 Because I made a mistake in booking on the same day, it was entirely my problem. I booked this hotel without knowing clearly that the hotel was outside Phi Phi Island. Thank you to the boss for his kindness and finally agreeing to cancel the order, and thank you to Trip for their customer service. I will specifically choose this hotel to stay next time🙏🏻
