Ulasan Marina Point Bay Resort

We didn't take many pictures of Marina because we were out most of the time and we only really stayed to spend the night. I can report though that the Marina Point Bay Resort met my expectations. While it was not seafront property, the staff always get the job done by hailing us a trike to get to point a to b. I wish they would build a gym and provide daily ride to Alona Beach as additional service. Also, the food is pricier. We will get back here soon.

My family and I had a lovely stay in Marina Bay Point Resort. The place was peaceful and worth the value of your money. The staff was also helpful and accomodating to our requests (i.e van transfer to airport, calling a tuktuk for our travels,etc). Overall, would recommend to stay again.

I had a great stay at Marina Point Bay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the property was really lovely. The pool area is stunning especially in the evening. The room is big and comfortable. I was upgraded to a poolside room, but the sink was leaking a brown liquid. The only downside was that there isn't a shower in the spa or somewhere else for guests who have late flights and need to freshen up. I was told i could use the shower at the poolside, but this is an open shower for everyone to see. The hotel should really look into adding a shower at the spa for this. Luckly my room hadn't been cleaned yet so they let me use it to shower. Overall I had a good stay here. The location was also really convenient.

Outsanding place if you want to choose the hotel a little bit out of the crowded city centre! Advantages: - great rooms headed to the swimming pool (we had a King Garden room), - rooms are big, nice looking with good inventory, - staff is excellent, super friendly and helpfull, - quiet and peace, because there are not so many rooms and visitors (sometimes during one week stay we had swimming pool only for ourself), - excellent facilities, beautiful garden and swimming pool, - really good breakfest (served on an individual plate, not open buffet), - reasonable prices in the restaurant and pool cocktail bar, - localisation could be a big advantage if you don't want to live next to the thousands of people (by tuk-tuk just a 5 minutes to the city centre and Aluna beach). Disadvantages: - very poor access road, terrible condition, what makes the tuk-tuk ride not very pleasant. In general I am extremely satisfied of staying in this place. I would recommend it to everyone!

Good hotel, large room and nice garden. The location is too far from facilities beach, restaurants, bars. No wifi coverage in the bedroom. There were mosquitos inside our room and the bathroom smells terrible. There were signs every corner with charge fee when damaged.

The waiters are all kind and patient:) Everything is fine but except the road is too bad….

The swimming pool in the hotel is superb! The rooms are like bungalow-type houses which allows for more privacy. Location: They are far from the most of the tourist attractions and lots of people. This is good if you want a peaceful vacation but if you prefer to see the crowd, this might not be for you. Service: Reception is NOT 24 hours! We checked out around 5:00 PM and there is no one in the reception to assist us in paying our bill. The guard was kind enough to assist us with the checkout but we had to pay/settle in exact amount in cash since the guard was only assisting and doesn’t know much about e-payment. Also, we had to request for other toiletries as it is NOT readily available in the room— we are two persons in the room but only 1 set of bath gel, shower and conditioner are available in the room. No laundry bags available in the hotel.

Food is good. Service is good. I recommend it. Pls enjoy the holiday.

Very far from the center, quite place, terrible road, too rough, everytime you go and eat outside you have to pay for your own transport. Ala carte Breakfast is quite ok, service is good. Bad thing happens that my daughter wants to experienced the henna tats unfortunately she did not realized due too tiredness from excursions that day and walking along Alona beach, so the 2pillow cases got stained during that night of 27/04, But the bad thing was they informed me extremely late after check out 30/04, that i have to pay 1000pesos-for henna stained its ok even its not ok, at the end i brought with me the pillow case hahaha…jusy sayin’ Bad customer service. They explained to me blahhh blahhh blahhh. But the explanation is not valid at all!

Nice place

Wonderful place. The staff are extremely thoughtful. Has a nice private beach. Very beautiful property that is well maintained. Second time I have been here, and will be back again.

落ち着いた雰囲気でとてもリラックスが出来ました。スタッフもフレンドリーで楽しい毎日を過ごす事が出来ました。又リピートで行きたいホテルです。オーナーもフレンドリーでガーデンがとてもリラックス出来静かで良いホテルです。

직원분들 너무 친절하시고 숙소에 벌레도 없고 수영장도 너무 만족스러웠어요 조식도 맛있었고 망고 컷팅 부탁드렸는데 수박까지 주셨어요 숙소 들어가는길이 이게 맞나 싶긴 한데 맞습니다 나갈때 툭툭 요청하면 바로 합리적인 가격에 불러주세요~
