Cool cozy hotel in Suzhou. Stayed one night only. Walking distance to Guanqianzhe, new area with plenty of food and entertainment places. There was a metro nearby but we mostly used DiDi. Room was spacious and clean with all the amenities, they even provided Chinese tea. They also had a robot butler to bring us extra water. Just wished there was a bidet or hose in the toilet for more convenience. A good stay overall.

Hengli Hotel is really considerate and enthusiastic. During my stay, I was impressed by the service attitude of the hotel housekeeper, Miss Jiang Yining. She introduced me from the front desk to the guest room bit by bit. The little girl who loves to laugh, her warm smile and meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, which brought me an extremely comfortable experience for my stay. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, such a room is very satisfying. The bedding in a hotel is very good, with soft mattresses, clean sheets and bedding, which brings me sweet dreams every night. Biggest highlight of this hotel is the awesome staff (both reception and roomcleaning), who were very pleasant, like another guest commented, they welcomed each guest with tea and a hot towel and greeted every time with a bow, also they rushed to open the door every time (this amount effort I didnt even experienced in european 5* hotels). As a German/EU visitor the passport registration worked flawlessly. The room itself was clean and had above average amenities. The location was not far from the Metro and shopping passage and is also surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. 5/5 I would definitely book here again if I might visit in Suzhou in the future.

Rooms were clean and well equipped with everything you need. Really appreciated the cozy heating blanket for the cool night. :-) We received an upgrade to a room with balcony and the view into the courtyard was so beautiful! Also a great place for cat lovers! 😻
