this has to be my longest review on Trip as this hotel & the entire vibes is really good for our 3 nights!! super comfy room, clean, toilet is really nice & clean too. it has a laundry room w a dryer as well. there was construction right outside the hotel, but its usually during the time when we were out of our room so it didn’t really matter to us. also, the location is superb, right next to a shopping/food street & near to the metro so its easily accessible. special mention to the staff of the hotel, they were super friendly & helpful!! the stay was enjoyable mostly thanks to them 😆 i think it was the owner (?) who was really enthusiastic in welcoming us & one of the 小哥哥 even helped us with the luggages 😆 also, the 小姐姐 answered our questions & gave recommendations for what’s to eat around. 想谢谢客栈的员工们 他们都太热情太友善了哈哈哈以后来苏州玩一定会再回来住的～

The service was super good! 💯👍🏻don’t worry about bringing big luggages even they don’t have elevator. the staff will immediately carry your luggages without u even asking them. They also help us to book a car to shanghai. About the room, i suggest you to try their biggest room! so spacious, the interior is absolutely stunning with the balcon area which has LED screen. My family and i will definitely come back if we travel again to suzhou!😆❤️

Excellent location, about 20min walk to Pingjiang Street and Humble Administrator's Garden, perfect for attending the night tour at the garden (6pm onwards, approx an hour). Also directly opposite a street full of eateries. Front desk were helpful and friendly, and able to help with booking of day tours for solo travellers. Also patiently answered all my questions about the wheres and whats during my arrival, making my trip in Suzhou so much better. Room was comfortable and clean with ample hot water for showering. Spacious for one, but might be a little cramped for two.

I had a pleasant stay at Zizi Hotel Zhangyuan Mansion (Shuozhengyuan Branch) near Guanqian Street in Suzhou. The staff were very nice and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions and shops. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The front desk staff is warm and friendly and efficient check-in. My room design is even more clever. The overall layout is reasonable and the furniture is just right, which ensures sufficient space for activities and does not appear empty. The bedding is comfortable and soft, lying on it as if wrapped in clouds, and you can sleep well every night. The room decoration details are also excellent, and the art paintings and exquisite ornaments on the wall add artistic atmosphere. The rooms are fully equipped and advanced. High-speed and stable Wi-Fi allows me to stay in touch with the outside world at any time and watch videos smoothly. TV supports screen projection, and you can cast your favorite videos on the big screen in your mobile phone in your spare time to enjoy the fun of a private theater. The application of smart home appliances makes life more convenient, such as intelligent temperature control system can automatically adjust room temperature according to my needs. The gym is new and varied to meet different exercise needs. There is a book bar and a cafe in the leisure area. In your spare time, you can choose a favorite book in the book bar, with a cup of espresso, and enjoy a quiet time. In short, this stay was very satisfactory. This hotel with a sense of design and comfort, whether it is a business trip or a leisure holiday, is a great choice. Highly recommend to everyone!

Highly recommend staying here! The service is better than Hilton and Marriott. Every time you enter and leave, the front desk will greet you warmly and politely. There are not many hotels in Suzhou that can do this. Not to mention it is a three-star hotel. Even the cleaning lady will tell me where the elevator is, and speak softly. The management system of this hotel must be worth every guest's trust! Very comfortable, with a room with a bathtub, new space facilities, and a sleeping comfort package! I will book it next time!

Amazing value for money! Had a great 2 night stay Staff were amazing, I’m not over exaggerating when I say they ran to open the door for you entering and exiting it was really adorable Rooms and hotel super clean Seems like a quiet area but still close enough to walk to nearby sightseeing locations Less than 5 minute walk from Leqiao station on line 4 which takes you to straight to Suzhou Railway station in about 15 20 minutes My room was non smoking (I am a non smoker) and smelt fine but seems like smoking is permitted in the hallway? So keep that in mind

It is also very quick to take a taxi to Guanqian Street and Shantang Street. Service: The reception lady is very nice. I booked a room without windows, and she upgraded me to a room with windows. So I decisively renewed the lease for another day the next day. I also gave a souvenir when I left. It is also very convenient to let the guy put it in the robot for delivery. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I replaced it with travel photos.

Transportation: It is very convenient to travel 100 meters from the subway entrance, and you can directly reach the East Gate and the urban area. 3. Room: The area is really large, there are thirty or forty square meters, the more amazing is the floor-to-ceiling windows, the lighting is good, the high-rise rooms overlook the Suzhou Park at a high altitude. 4. Hygiene: The facilities of the newly opened hotel are quite new, and the sanitary details are also affordable. It should be a high requirement. 5. Service: The little girl who checked in at the front desk was very efficient and very enthusiastic, and she could respond in time to send something during the stay. 6. Breakfast: The variety is quite rich, freshly squeezed juice is carefully made, it is freshly made, the breakfast room is on the 24th floor, the floor-to-ceiling window environment, and the dining mood is also comfortable. After a full day of sorting out, I got up early to wash the shirt in the all-in-one machine. The gym worked for half an hour.
