Absolutely lovely couple, went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my job interview. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, well-stocked for snacks and beverages.

Arrived at this immaculate B&B to a very warm welcome from Alistair and Skye. The room itself was immaculate and there were all the facilities we could wish for. Both Suzie's and Alistair's interaction with us was perfect. We knew they were there I'd we needed anything but they totally respected out privacy. It felt like home from home. The breakfast was delicious we cannot fault this hidden gem and would totally recommend anybody to stay here. Thank you very much.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, compact and clean room with ensuite toilet & sink, clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome, great service at breakfast, again served with a smile. This bed & breakfast is excellent value will gladly stay again

Made very welcome by the hosts. Loved the wee extras, fudge, tasted delicious 😋. Quiet and comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast excellent. Would stay here again.

We have. Just had a lovely stay in this bed & breakfast.room spotless with so many essential touches. We were given a Lovely friendly welcome .The breakfast was something else ,plenty to eat well cooked and so many other things on the table ,should you not want a cooked breakfast. Will be telling all my friends ,it’s the place to go if you are going to Perth.

Stayed here for one night to attend a wedding in Perth. We were very kindly allowed to arrive early to change for the wedding which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well apportioned with amenities. Nice touch the extra bottles of water as it was a very hot day. The comfort of the bed was exceptional and very welcome after a night on the dance floor. Breakfast was again in a similar vein as the rest of the property and to a very high standard. Everything of good quality and generous proportions. Tracey was a lovely host, very welcoming and could not do enough for us as guests. The Scotia B&B is a really exceptional ambassador for Scottish hospitality and all at a very reasonable price

What a lovely stay! Scotia was in a perfect location for a local event I was attending. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The very comfy bed and a warm shower was a perfect end to long day. Woke up to a fantastic breakfast, ranging from a full Scottish to yoghurts and cereals, Tracey was a warm and bubbly host, and will definitely be staying here when I'm up for an event again!

stayed here last saturday for one night a great place & great room with coffee & shower you can use & it was a good location & a friendly host & a great breakfast , will stay here again when i go to the next Perth Loyal RSC Night,
