It was in an ok place the only thing is that it smells like cigarettes they can smoke in all the floors so every floor is smelling like cigarettes I wouldn’t recommend

My stay at the hotel near SM MOA was fantastic! The location is super convenient, surrounded by fast-food options, and there’s even a hotpot restaurant right inside the hotel. The combination of accessibility and dining choices made the experience so enjoyable. Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed 2night in this hotel but our experience is terrible ! (1.) ,Lobby had unpleasant smell , smell like cigarettes (2.), The front office told us the room is ready but when we arrived in the room the room is not yet clean ! So we going down again to the lobby .And its passed 2pm supposedly the room is ready! (3.) I cannot understand their sevice,everytime you going out in the hotel and comeback you need to fill up your personal info. in the security logbook and check the I.D very hussle for the guest ! (4.)The next morning we going out for lunch around 11am we put the make up room sign and told the housekeeping to please clean the room, and when we arrived around 8pm onward its not yet clean! So we requested to make up the room right away just change the bedding and towel then when it finished the housekeeping forgot to refill the towel ,since there is no telephone to access to the lobby we didn’t complain about towel thing cuz we are lazy to going down to the lobby again and again we use the small towel instead i didnt to take shower only my boyfriend because of the limited towel. (5.)They dont have telephone in the room so every time you have request you need to going down to lobby very hussle ,no tv , no ref but the room price is not that affordable! (6.)when you request something don’t expect that you will get it right away ! Supposedly i gonna take shower before the check out but i’ved waited for so long so the ending i did not take a shower the towel arrived but its too late! (7.) This hotel is not good for resting ! Very noisy the room is not sound proof so you can hear everything even footsteps from the hallway! I will never recommend this hotel and never stay here again. Only location is good here thats all!

Not very nice room

The price is reasonable. But staff service is not warm. There is no trashcan around the sofa in the waiting lobby. When your throat felt uncomfortable and you wanna spit, you can't find a trashcan.You have to asked the service crew where the trashcan is. He will pick up one trashcan to you behind the front desk. After using he will put it back quickly. It seems that the hotel didn't think about customers experience.Customer feels that this hotel can't afford another one trashcan.
