Ulasan Hôtel Montcalm Paris

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis. Stasiun kereta bawah tanah dapat dicapai dalam satu menit berjalan kaki. Terdapat supermarket, restoran, apotek, dan toko roti di dekat hotel.

Terletak di Distrik 15, sangat dekat dengan Menara Eiffel. Ada juga stasiun kereta bawah tanah di lantai bawah. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini sangat strategis. Satu-satunya hal yang sedikit mengecewakan saya adalah hotel ini sedang direnovasi. Bau cat di kamar agak menyengat, dan suara konstruksi agak keras di siang hari.

Kamarnya sangat bersih dan rapi, tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, dan pelayanan stafnya sangat baik! Di lantai bawah ada pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah, 20 menit ke pusat kota dengan kereta bawah tanah 10 menit! Sempurna, sempurna, sempurna 👍👍👍👍

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, tepat di luar stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Meskipun kamarnya agak kecil, hotel ini memiliki semua fasilitas yang dibutuhkan. Resepsionis dan petugas kebersihannya sangat ramah dan hangat! Saya akan menginap di area ini lain kali. Ada supermarket dan restoran di dekatnya!

Kamarnya luas, nyaman, bersih, dan higienis. Terdapat jalur kereta bawah tanah 8 dalam radius 100 meter dari hotel. Anda dapat naik kereta bawah tanah ke berbagai tempat wisata penting. Transportasinya praktis. Terdapat supermarket di dekatnya, yang memudahkan Anda berbelanja. Patut direkomendasikan saat berlibur ke Paris!

Kamar bersih dan rapi, sikap pelayanan sangat baik, sangat puas

Awalnya saya ke sini untuk sebuah pameran 🇩🇪 dan mampir ke 🇫🇷. Hotel di Paris cukup mahal dibandingkan dengan Eropa, bisa mencapai lebih dari 1.000 per malam. Pajak kota juga lebih tinggi daripada di Jerman, tetapi hotel yang kami pesan ini cukup bagus. Hotel ini juga berada di zona 1-2 Paris, tepat di sebelah stasiun metro. Tempat-tempat wisata populer dapat dicapai dengan metro. Menara Eiffel adalah yang terdekat dari semua tempat wisata utama, sekitar 30 menit berjalan kaki. Jika Anda punya waktu, Anda bisa berjalan-jalan di jalanan Paris. Ada kafe dan taman kecil di lantai dasar hotel. Suasananya nyaman dan pelayanannya baik.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah tepat di luar. Kamarnya bersih dan higienis, ukurannya pas, dan sesuai dengan gambar promosi. Saya masih harus percaya dengan merek Best Western. Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan.

I’m having a vacation in Paris with my family and booked a room for 3. The room is big enough for us to put our luggage and it’s also so clean and tidy. The staff is so nice to answer all our questions. The best thing of this hotel is that it’s only 1 min away from the metro station, that’s so convenient. It’s also close to many tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower👏🏻I would definitely recommend this hotel to who would like to stay a few days in Paris!

We were robbed in this hotel. At night, while we were sleeping, robbers broke into the room and stole all the money, documents and my phone. There was no warning anywhere that it was dangerous to be in the hotel. The administrator also did not say anything. We knew perfectly well where we were going, so we tried to protect ourselves as much as possible. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel. We booked a hotel in a good area with good reviews. And I understand if they robbed us when we left and left our things, but the worst thing is that we were in our room, thinking that we were safe. We arrived in the evening. We checked into our rooms. And went for a walk to the Eiffel Tower. We didn't show the money anywhere except our room. We counted it and put it in our personal bags. Our backpacks with things were left in the room. When we returned from the walk, the air conditioner in our room didn't work, it was turned off. I don't like sleeping with the air conditioner on, so we opened the window. In the morning, we noticed that our things were missing and rushed to the administrator. He immediately said that our window was open. However, there was no warning that it shouldn't be opened. Several rooms also had open windows. There were no cameras or normal security. Only the bags that had money in them were stolen. The bags themselves were scattered around the room. Our backpacks and what was in them were not touched. It's scary to imagine what could have happened to us if we had woken up. I think it was a matter of life and death. The administrator sent us to the police station. The police did not go to the crime scene. We left at 7 a.m., but the police only work from 9 a.m. We were out of the room for two hours. We filed a report in which the police officer made many mistakes because we are tourists and are completely defenseless in this country. Our rooms were paid for two nights. Administrators changed and their attitude towards us changed. The administrator who was on duty on August 11 told us to move out because the term was over. Then, noticing my confused state, he decided to play God and allowed us to stay for one night. During this time, my son bought us tickets online, ordered a transfer to the airport. Our consulate gave us unnecessary papers. And we interrupted our vacation. This vacation was dedicated to my husband and I's anniversary. On August 26th we will celebrate 25 years of marriage. On August 15th my husband had a birthday which we also planned to spend on a wonderful trip. I believe that the hotel is to blame for everything. Poorly organized video surveillance system, unreliable security and lack of warnings about possible danger.

Never book again. So sketch, so bad device, rude response, broken things. Literally rundown building.

The staffs were really nice and friendly . Great service. The location is perfect. There is a metro just infront. During my stay the hotel was in renovation but all good .

A very nice small hotel with great service. The front desk and all the crews are helpful and super kind, they allow us to store our luggages at the hotel for overnight when we went Disneyland. Will definitely stay again when go Paris.
