Ulasan Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

Secara umum hotel merupakan tempat yang sangat nyaman. Para staf sangat baik dan sangat membantu. Restoran untuk sarapannya juga enak banget. Dan lokasinya berada di lokasi yang sangat nyaman, Anda dapat dengan mudah naik bus ke Richmond atau naik papan untuk pergi ke pusat kota london atau bandara. Ibuku mengunjungiku di London. Saya memesan kamar dengan 2 tempat tidur, tetapi pada dasarnya kamar tersebut hanya untuk dia menginap. Dia tinggal di sana selama 10 malam. Pihak hotel menjamin mereka akan melakukan pembersihan kamar setiap 7 hari. Untuk malam terakhir aku memilih untuk tinggal bersamanya. Namun, saya tidak sengaja menemukan tempat tidurnya penuh dengan rambut. Rambutnya ada yang pendek, ada pula yang panjang. Yang seharusnya bukan milik ibuku. Artinya pengurus rumah tangga belum mengganti sprei dan rambut itu bukan milik ibu saya, karena dia hanya menginap di 1 tempat tidur. Tapi tempat tidur dengan rambut itu adalah yang lain. Tempat tidur yang bersih dan rapi merupakan syarat dasar sebuah akomodasi. Itu benar-benar menjijikkan dan tidak dapat diterima untuk sebuah hotel apartemen. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan merekomendasikan wisatawan lain untuk menginap tetapi hotel harus melatih staf untuk melakukan pembersihan kamar dengan baik.

Staf melakukan yang terbaik untuk memastikan kenyamanan kami selama kami tinggal. Mulai dari mengakomodasi permintaan kami dengan anggun hingga memberikan rekomendasi lokal yang sangat berharga, perhatian mereka terhadap detail benar-benar terpuji.

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.

20min walk to the tube, bus-stop outside. Good cafe across the road. Local supermarket next door. Well furnished and new style kitchen and room and bathroom. Balcony. Heated towel rack. Small gym, Laundry and dryer self-disposable detergent, however requires coins to operate. Overall restful stay

I have been here a few times and the last time came the service wasn’t that good.

Reached london late at night and check in was smooth. Quiet surrounding with a supermarket nearby(2mins away) the hotel. Location not the most convenient if travelling to most attractions but there’s a bus stop opposite to get to the nearest tube. Only problem is the room given is different from photo. Bathroom is disabled accessible and dimly lit. Water pressure very low which takes up lot of time on showering..otherwise all good.

Convenient with good location. Staffs are helpful. Room is clean but some cookwares are missing. Overall, it is good.

Great value apartment hotel on the outskirts of London. Nearest tube is about 15 minutes walk but buses are outside. Bed was very comfortable. Good WiFi. Kitchen was very basic and didn’t have much to cook with but ample for a few nights. Staff very friendly. Would stay again at the good rates.

Room was nice. Heating didn't work. Took long to recalibrate. Pillows were dirty. Rooms are not sound proofed as advertised. Staff pleasant.

It was a lovely stay although our request for the higher floor was not given.

Checked in and the room was filthy hairs in the bathroom , the room also not like what advertised and terrible view when advertise city view

As usual Adagio such a high quality apartments with self catering facilities. I loved my short stay. I did not receive any reply from customer before travelling that was putting me off a bit but service was great when checked in and out. Will surely be there again.

Good facilities and great to have the grocery store just next to the hotel. Small kitchen allows for making decent light home cook meals.
