Great location. For the price you pay , it's very decent. The bath tub in the room was a pleasant suprise.

位置適中，步行6分鐘就可到達火車站，景點都在20分鐘步程內，非常方便。房間寬敞舒適，可惜只有一個插座供充電用，實不足夠。

房間比想象中大很多，需要三點後入住，可以先寄存行李，退房把房卡放前台的房卡盒子裏就可以

位置很好，對於拿着大件行李出入火車站的朋友來説很方便。房間很大，有些房間需要階梯才能到達。服務相對中規中矩，快捷酒店的水平。

這是一家便捷酒店，基本設施有(不提供牙刷，拖鞋等個人用品) 同一地方有南/北(South/North)兩家。需小心免走錯誤。 這家是北(North), 火車站斜路下來的右手邊進去。離火車站2~5分鐘行走時間。

位置不錯 離地鐵口走路5分鐘，去各大景點都很方便 前台服務不錯 可以寄存行李

Room was fine and clean, location is really good. The main issue was the room was incredibly hot. It was about 20 degrees outside but the room stored a lot of heat. The windows have the safety catch which means they open about couple inches at most (if they got rid of this or allowed a wider opening the room could probably cool better). The thermostat reading clocked in at 28 / 30 degrees throughout the night. They've left a fan in the room but it doesn't do a lot. I ended up propping open the main door for a while to get the corridor air into the room. The next morning when checking out the people in front of me were complaining to the receptionist about the same issue. Her reply felt curt and was along the lines of "the website states there is no air conditioning, so there's nothing more we can do". I'm sure she must hear it a lot, but there was little sympathy or interest in caring about the customers' concerns and humouring a solution. Also the building has no lift, so watch out if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise, great location so close to the train station and the city, shame about the hot hot rooms and disinterested staff.

North street version is very much a forgotten hotel. Reception is fine. Bar and restaurant is in the south hotel (short walk, not in hotel). Room was terrible. Air con was worse than someone breathing through a straw. Couldn’t sleep. No bed side drawers. Bathroom was mouldy and small. No plug sockets by bed. Had to ask for an extension lead for my Sleep Apnea machine. Cheap - not so cheerful.

Very dated and tired. Needs a little tlc and updating. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Room was tired, carpet didnt fit the room and was away from the wall. The walls needed repainting and the sink in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Had to ask for more pillows as only 2 on the bed and no spares. Parking was excellent, felt the car was safe. Postion of Inn was very handy with a short work to city centre.

Very poor meal ordered a drink with meal took 20 minutes to come next table ordered cocktails came within 5 minutes. The waiters excuse was the bar was busy ,but no one in My meal took over half a hour to come. Breakfast was as bad buffet menu running out of food long wait to replenish . Excuses from waiting staff not apologies. Room dated mould in bathroom light fitting attached from wall dangerous.

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn North. The check in was friendly & efficient. Our room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired, but it was clean and I'm very fussy when it comes to cleaning. The bed was comfortable, nice clean bedding & extra pillows. We had tea & coffee making facilities in the room too. We had breakfast, which is served at its sister hotel next door. It's a buffet and it was well run, the hot food being filled up regularly. All in all, it was a good stay and great value for money. We will return.

Normal premier inn experience mostly but didn't sleep well. Room at ground level right next to road and although noise wasn't an issue vibrations from large vehicles made sleeping difficult for me. Don't want to know what had happened in my room but looked like bleach had been used to clean large areas of the carpet. As with most hotels in the UK these days ridiculously expensive for what you get.

This is an honest review. This hotel is absolute filthy. You have to ask at reception for your room to be cleaned, I did this but it never happened I asked why at reception but not really given an answer. I bought bleach and cloths, cleaned the room myself. The rooms are filthy, tired and worn. The corridors are the same. The restaurant is awful. Understaffed. Took ages for orders to be taken. People actually walked out while we waited so we did the same. Breakfast is chaotic with breakfast items not replenished.
