Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent! Great stay over all. Thank you

Seriously that’s like THE BEST PART OF MY ENTIRE TRIP!!! THE LOVELIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!! Very welcoming and caring staff!! Very positive nice and thoughtful people. Amazing clean beautiful rooms, great location. It’s like 100000 out of 10. Mindblown!!! Already told all my friends about it and will never stop recommending them. Love it love it LOVE IT

The room is comfortable and the balcony has a great view. The overall environment of the hotel is beautiful and the service attitude is good. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel is very close to Paris North Station, about 10 minutes walk.

On the day of check-out, the hotel front desk forcibly charged me 3 euros. At first, they said it was tax. I said I paid it when I checked in, and then they said it was extra. I asked what the extra charge was. Finally, he said it was a bottle of water in the room and he had to pay for it. I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so I didn't argue with him. I gave him 3 euros and asked the front desk to issue an invoice. He asked me to contact the platform. I have never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and random charges.
