The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nice.

last minute booking but it was worth it. I guess every room come with breakfast. very big room and and comfy bed. nothing can go wrong with Hilton. this hotel is new so I love it.

Location of hotel was great. Convenience store right across the road + places of interest such as the memorial museum & atomic bomb dome all located nearby

I recommend the Hilton Hiroshima if you want luxurious hotels. The location is good, but little bit far from the riverside.

Beautiful new hotel. Real posh feel. All the employees spoke English really well. The rooms look great, breakfast was great and the swimming pool was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the hotel is impressive. The rooms are large and our view was amazing at night. The staff overall were friendly however the bar manager was rather rude at times. The bar itself and the general staff were extremely friendly

This is a fabulous hotel. You’re made welcome from the moment you step inside and there is a very international feel about the hotel. Check in was simple and amenities were well explained. The reception area features a great cafe bar as well with a delicious range of cakes and snacks. The room was very comfortable and had great views of the city. Our room had 2 double beds with soft pillows and bedding. The bathroom was well set up with a vanity area between the toilet and shower facilities. Features in the room added to a feeling of luxury, including a nespresso machine and a tea set. Toiletries were pleasant and a good brand. Staff were excellent in all areas that we visited including checkout. Peace memorial was a nice walk - 20 minutes, and there are a multitude of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance of the hotel. Loved the city and would certainly book this hotel as a base when we next visit.

The room was incredible with a view to match. The amenities are all high-class. The dinner service as the Zatta restaurant didn't quite match the price/expectation and the location isn't ideal, but far from a 'bad' spot.

Good hotel to visit Hiroshima, Atomic bomb Museum, not far from the train station and main shopping and restaurants. Swimming pool and sauna are perfect, you can visit it even with tattoo.

Hiroshima in the middle of summer was hard. But the hotel was good. It was resonable at that time. (though had to pay to upgrade to a room with a good view.) It's convenient to have ice machines on each floor. The staffs were kind and more English-friendly than Rhiga royal hotel Hiroshima. I have heard that the roft top bar is very nice, but I had no time to up there. It was a pity that the dinner menu was like breakfast. It's okay for breakfast, but it's not enough for dinner. I can not see their speciality. The consideration for smokers was disappointing. the smoking area was at the back of the hotel, and it's like there was no smoking area. but I would say somehow it's better than any other hotels in Hiroshima.

The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication. We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed. The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request. Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

Nice walk from the station, approx 20mins, also close to the Peace Museum, approx 10 mins walk. The lobby was very nice, big, lively, and accommodating, as its the holiday season the lobby had a decorated Christmas tree. We were offered lemon water on arrived, which was very tasty. We were given a disable room, even though we didn’t require it. The room was spacious and had a big bathroom, comfortable bed and seemed accessible. The room had a large window offering a great view out to the city. The room was close to the elevators, on level 9. Well decorated with basic amenities, had to sign up to the Hilton Honors Club get free WiFi. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options both Japanese and western, could also take a warm drink to go if desired. A true 5 star experience from start to finish.
