Very nice location, facilities are good, there is a cafe downstairs next to the main entrance. 3 minutes to the beach by walking

The room we booked was one of the 3 bed split levels apartment. The price was very high. Unreasonably more expensive place than many lovely places we stayed around the world. No pool and very small gym. No common facilities. Don't bee fool with the image of a larger gym and roof terrace. That's for the residents. After I have asked what constitutes as the resident ( we stayed 10 days) the receptionist did not know. In a nutshell: place need a really good cleaning. It was filthy. There is a significant evidence of the poor maintenance. Chipped flooring. Permanent stains all over walls, floors. But there are uncleaned surfaces everywhere. Toilets, kitchen, bedrooms. There were hairs on the floor and accumulated multi-layered dust everywhere. The very first day we had reported it and they have sent someone to clean. It was only somewhat better. We actually asked for a mop. Other people we knew staying in this place shared the same concerns for the unclean rooms. Washed glassware was shockingly dirty and found hair amongst the plates. Over the Good Friday and Easter Sunday - no room services provide. That's ok, but please leave some towels, coffee pods for those days. Guys - for the price you are charging - This is NOT good.

The room was fairly average and there was an overpowering sewerage smell

Location is great Service at front desk Marco - Italian was very polite and responsive thumbs up The only down side is that the apartments only come with one air con. We came at winter so no problems. Not sure about summer ya

I had not even been able to stay the 2 nights I had paid for as the hotel and Trip.com had both not had confirmed my stay properly and I was not refunded my money or even given my 2 nights stay they both are the worst client help ever possible hear of... I do not think this is a place id ever want to book to stay ever again.

Great location only 2 mins walk to Scarborough beach. Room was spacious and pillows were very comfortable. Marco at reception checked us in and he was very polite. Parking is very limited. The plates and cutlery were not cleaned properly, because there was bits of food on the plates and forks.

Really happy with our 3 nights stay here. Thank you Daniel and his team for the warm welcome and service. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, our balcony is facing the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Serviced everyday and provided with all teas and coffees. Has full kitchen (microwave, oven n dish washing machine). Hotel has complimentary laundry facilities at level 2 (2 washing machines and 2 dryer). Hotel location is good and accessible. Can take bus 990 directly to from Perth busport to hotel. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to beach, Coles supermarket and restaurants. There are a bakery shop and Domino pizza at the hotel building. Along the beach has a whale playground which is nice for the kids to play. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back again.

The location is very good. Few mins walk to Scarborough beach. Highly recommended

It was okay… Shane there was no hotel bar or restaurant. Close to the beach and clean though. Wouldn’t return but as service appartments go it was good.

They are so nice and helpful, when I ask for blanket. And explained abut mosquito around the room which we didn’t open the balcony. They was apologised and gave us the bottle of wine and spray for kill fly, mosquitoes. The bed are so comfortable and good sleep. I would definitely come back one day!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the beach, with supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to go out. The room is decorated simply and elegantly, and the kitchenware is fully equipped, making it very convenient to cook. I will choose this hotel again next time I come~
