Good location, clean room. Not so easy to communicate enough.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the train station. A friend invited us to visit Haining, where we could eat and drink within a similar walking distance. The room was very spacious and felt bigger than the booking information indicated. The photos in the hotel photos are very reliable and not deceptive, which is rare these days😂 The sink is a little short, so I don't like it. The beds, tables and chairs are all normal, and the air conditioning is powerful, with no flaws. The view from the window is not blocked🍀, which is very good.

It’s not as good as a 100-yuan express hotel. Kaiyuan Mingting can be considered to be accurate 4, how can you do business with such a bad quality? The decoration of the hotel is like Holiday Inn Express. I guess this standard is probably because it did not meet the opening standards of Intercontinental and was delisted.

The front desk service was unprofessional. My colleague arrived first and was not given a breakfast coupon. After repeated verification, he said there was no breakfast coupon; Refund after verification the next morning, poor customer experience. The overall stay experience was poor.

The location is perfect, there are plenty of parking spaces, and there are charging piles, everything downstairs. The room is also big, clean and hygienic. Front desk and hotel service staff are warm and polite. I will continue to live here next time.
