Ulasan Extended Suites Queretaro Juriquilla

El lugar esta muy bien, pero las habitaciones están muy austeras, les falta mucho para llegar por lo menos a tener lo básico, no tiene, lámpara en el buró, secador, y en la cocina no hay absolutamente nada de utensilios

Pésimo servicio y atención de la gente de recepción y la gerente actual totalmente incompetente y grosera .

Front desk Service was not friendly. Hallway area smelled like Cannibis. According to front desk it takes from several minutes to 3 hours for the reservation made through ******* to clear their system. I had to wait 33 minutes before I was permitted to check in. Toilet paper was minimal and entry doors were open and unlocked. Restroom fan was super loud. I could hear the one in my restroom and the next door restroom . Other than those things I guess it is ok for an emergency with no other option. Thank you.

Very minimal No coffee No kitchen utensils

Great place to stay in Queretaro really enjoy my stay at the hotel nice places nearby a lot dining options as well.

Hotel is nice and well equipped but they don't have any coffee offered, I had to drive for a coffee and took me a half hour to get breakfast, there is nothing close by. Sorry, instant coffee and hot water that is sold at the hotel don't count, they should offer something seeing that there is nothing close by

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and had loungers. Staff was friendly.

It was quiet, window shades really covered outside light, parking was good enough, surprised the room had a full fridge and stove. The microwave lights are too intense at nigth to sleep

No water bottles for drinking water, not even available in lobby to purchase water bottle. No coffee maker in room or not even in lobby. floor was not cleaned; bed is not comfortable. Hotel does not have direct access from main road.

Is safe,and the peoples are excellent

Property is located in a dark area, there are some building refurbishment around, so area looks dangerous. Far away to restaurants, stores and malls. The front desk people did not offer Wi-Fi password, neither provide any information about any amenities. The room was clean, but the bed was cover just with bedsheets. I asked about any eiderdown but they just provided blankets. Room looks preatty austere. Althoung, the room is eqquiped with a fridge, it is noisy.
