The hotel is located in the chinese district next to the subway station, so it’s rather safe and convenient. It’s also affordable for Paris, but it has its flaws obviously, don’t expect too much from the room.

酒店交通方便，附近中餐館挺多的，還有麥當勞肯德基。前台服務熱情，但是房間設施舊，價格有點高。如果不是旅行社集合地點在意大利廣場肯德基門口，應該不會選擇這家。

居住體驗温馨舒適，工作人員熱情周到，早餐有茶和熱水，附近有地鐵公交，非常方便，下次來的話還會選擇

位置很好，就在地鐵站旁邊，但是沒有吹風機，老闆是中國人服務態度很好，洗髮水包給的有點少，其他性價比還行

設施稍老舊，不過性價比還是蠻高，交通特別方便，就在地鐵意大利廣場站出來就是，去哪裡都很方便，前臺中國小哥哥很熱情

Good value for money, abit far from the center but there is a metro nearby. Stuff are friendly and willing to help, it is not luxurious but good for purpose, there is Macdonald and KFC beside. Also there is a restaurant beside for breakfast Can have breakfast inside the hotel as well for a few

Siamo stati due notti, lo scorso weekend in questo albergo, in place d Italia a Parigi.. hotel molto pulito, personale educato e accogliente ma che parla solo francese o inglese. La camera anche se piccola, era pulita, peccato non ci fosse il phone nel bagno.. Sicuramente la posizione molto vicina alla metro fa si che risulta essere comodo alloggiare qui per raggiungere il centro.. Lo consiglio

Petit hôtel bien situé , proche de la place d'Italie . La chambre ( 28 ) est simple , mais tout à fait correcte . L'accueil est de qualité et le petit déjeuner , parfait . 130 euros , la nuit , est une bonne opportunité sur la capitale . Je recommande .

Hotel regular con poco espacio en las habitaciones, instalaciones básicas, escaleras y ascensor muy pequeños. Lo destacable es su personal amable y ubicación, cercano a líneas de metro. Recomendable solo si lo único que harás será dormir en el hotel.

Estuvimos alojados 5 días allí, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy cómodas, destacaría la limpieza y el trato del personal sobre todo, muy amables y pacientes, no hablan nada de español pero se esfuerzan mucho por entenderte. La ubicación es perfecta, puesto que tiene una parada de metro a pocos metros. Repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti. Purtroppo lo staff non parla inglese (ad eccezione di un ragazzo alla reception che lo parla con un po' di difficoltà); la colazione, che fanno pagare 8 euro a testa al giorno, è abbastanza deludente (un croissant, mezza baguette, burro e marmellata, thè o caffè a scelta); il bagno in camera è piccolissimo e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati solo il primo giorno (ovviamente dopo 2 giorni avevamo finito anche il gel doccia e abbiamo dovuto usare una saponetta); non c'era il phon e non lo avevano nemmeno alla reception, abbiamo dovuto comprarne uno nuovo (54 euro!!) al Carrefour vicino; i muri sono così sottili che si sente davvero tutto (al mattino si sentono i passi, le voci, i continui rumori delle chiavi che aprono le serrature delle porte). Unica cosa positiva è la posizione: la zona è ben collegata essendoci la fermata metro Place d'Italie (con ben 3 linee) e altre fermate autobus, è ricca di bistrot e cafè, non mancano anche i supermercati (per ogni necessità). Onestamente, non so se mi convince il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
