Ulasan Hotel Granada Center

Saya jarang memberikan review baik atau buruk ke hotel. Hotel ini benar-benar membuat saya sulit untuk tenang, jadi setelah lebih dari 20 hari, saya masih harus serius memberikan review yang buruk. Akibatnya Ctrip tidak mempunyai suara yang kuat di luar negeri, dan pada akhirnya pihak hotel tidak mengizinkan kami untuk check-out. Jadi setiap orang harus berpikir dua kali ketika memilih hotel di Granada ini!

Ruangan itu cukup mendasar, tanpa sandal atau air. Kami diberi kamar double tanpa bertanya di meja depan Kami meminta selimut tambahan di meja depan. A very nice and clean hotel with walking distances to the train station. They allowed us to check in at 10:45am which was unexpected

I had a very nice stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good and Location was 15 mins from the city centre. You can also ask items from the reception for the room as Kettle and slippers.. would book it again when next time I visit Granada

The overall experience, from check-in and parking to checkout, was excellent—everything was well-organized, clean, friendly, and prompt. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was disappointing, possibly due to sweetened or powdered milk in the coffee machine, making it undrinkable. The selection of vegetables was limited to sliced tomatoes, and the mushrooms didn’t seem freshly cooked. The traditional potato egg omelet was overly salty, and there were no soups or porridge or salad or fish available. We were glad we didn’t book breakfast for the entire stay. It is not a 4 * Hotel breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was very attentive though

It was nice staying at granada center. Around 15-20 minutes by walk to granada cathedral. Friendly staffs

This hotel was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, beautiful interiors and beds etc at the standard of a 4 star hotel. The location is good and within 15-20 mins walk to the city, close to the main train station of Granada. However, there were some fundamental aspects they need to improve on, the shower was producing very hot water even when turned to cold (this did settle after a minute or so but that was not ideal) and the shower tray sloped in the wrong direction so water was ponding on one end of the shower tray. The breakfast was not up to the standard I would expect for a 4 star hotel, avoid the English breakfast type food, but the other items were nice. WiFi Password was not immediately available or instructions for that, the staff were very helpful to provide it on a paper but that should be easily available without having to ask. Overall a good stay but those finer points detracted from the overall experience.

Hotel is located walking distance from the train station. It is also walkable to the attractions and to Alhambra which takes about 30mins. It has basic amenities that you would require for a hotel stay and the staff are friendly. It’s located near a university so the surrounding is safe and pleasant. There are also some nice restaurants nearby but would be worth the effort to walk further out for the Tapas

I have been to many hotels. This one is definitly one of the best. Great service and staff - friendly and highly professional. Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms in this renovated hotel. Well located, nice authentic sourroundings, still in the Granada's center. I like to check out different hotels. But if I go for Granada again I will choose this hotel - this is for sure.

Location to the train station is excellent but a 20 min walk into the main part of Granada - still overall a decent location. The Room was a very good size and in general was quiet and comfortable. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was ok/decent and it's nice to have somewhere on location in case you don't want to go out. I liked staying here.
