The hotel staff was great, I asked for hair dryer and immediately sent to my room. The breakfast package was decent indonesian food. But the location is quite jammed if its peak hour. Nevertheless it’s worth to stay here

A lot of cockroaches

You need to have the qr code when clearly you have so many staff at the reception. Towel whiteness is 6/10

The room actually out of my expectations. But the first time we enter the room the bed cover was not that clean. But the staff they are very nice so they change it immediately. We ask to pickup the laundry but no one is picked up. All out the facility is good instead the room but however I can say the staff they are really helpful

The room is clean, accessible, comfortable. The food is also delicious but less variative

Strategic location but the services need improvement. Especially during the breakfast. Only 2 peoples standby in the weekend breakfast. Next time, better not to pay the breakfast.

Cozy vibes

Not very clean room with sewage smell in bathroom. No hairdryer even upon request as they claimed that all have been loaned out. Breakfast selection was very basic and food isn’t fresh. Charges for pillow and room is not up to standard.

The location is good. Food is average for breakfast. We love the connecting room, easy to monitor our kids

Good places in south Jakarta. Near a lot of good places. I wish you guys can clean the floor before the guest check in. But for the bed quite clean. Overall good price
